Pizza was decent, as Pizza Hut usually is. Service was not. Ordered online and went to pick up. Sign claimed free breadsticks if they didn't show you the pizza before you leave. Surly person checking me out didn't, so I asked for the breadsticks. He refused and said they didn't do that "since I took over" but the sign "just hasn't come down yet."
If you have an opportunity to order from a different location do so! I placed an order tonight at 7:53 for 2 personal pan pizzas and a dessert. First it came to $37! But regardless I placed the order. Once I did I notice the delivery time was not going to be until 1115. I am mediately called the store to either verify that that was accurate or to cancel the order. I was on hold for over 42 minutes before someone answered the phone. TERRIBLE customer service. Supposedly this location is under new management, but nothing has changed. We tried to use a credit that was on account for a previous wrong order. The employee on the phone was extremely rude and seemed frustrated that we were trying to use a credit. Then, he told us that our order total would be $25 even after applying the $40 credit. When we asked for clarification, the guy got mad and said, "The price isn't going to change no matter what." We ended up cancelling the order because I'm not willing to pay for something that I know will just be mediocre at best, and I refuse to give my money to someone who is rude to me.
Customer service is horrible! They do not know how to make a pizza or wings properly! Put in a order to be delivered Sunday for Monday night they called 5 minutes before to ask if I can pick it up. Order was incorrect then the manager(if he was the manager) argued about the mistakes they made on my order. Everyone in that building needs to go back thru training. Yea I understand it’s a pandemic and the world is short staffed but this is unacceptable!!!! Called corporate and they said “contact back in 2 days”!!! What a joke!!!!
Provide the correct topping(s) and a sufficient amount of cheese for my order. First, the cheese was thin and failed to cover the crust. Secondly, it was a one topping order and only a half had the topping.
Ordered pizza for delivery but they called to inform me there was no drivers available. They offered me a discount for the inconvenience to go pick it up. Which I didn't mind at all. Working in the service industry I understand hiccups happen more than one realizes. I didn't mind having to pick up my order. Pizza was hot and fresh. And did not disappoint. Thanks guys for working when it's been hard these days!
My orders are always finished on time, and done correctly. The staff is friendly and always at work when other restaurants are closed by covid.
Provide better customer service. I received a cold pizza when I could have simply picked it up and had a hot pizza as indicated when I called the store to verify the change in delivery service and time
Extra Marinara sauce was old and tasted like it was frozen and thawed. Not fresh like normal. Pizza was good. Bread sticks were good. Cinnabon rolls were awful the dough was not left to rise before baking.
They put barely any sauce and cheese on pizzas. The pizza was so dry it was sad. We used to love pizza hut too!
