Great store for takeout pizza. Friendly staff.
If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an online order at 7:00pm, received email confirmation my order was received and would be delivered in 30-45 min. At 8:30 I still haven’t received my order and tracked my order and says it’s still being made so I called the store and got a voicemail the location closed at 8:00pm. My order was placed within business hours and my credit card was charged with no service. Great job!
Horrible pizza. It looks as if my pizza was tossed after it was made.
Received half my order for a party. Spent 45 minutes on hold trying to recover the rest of the order. Still waiting 2 hours later. Unacceptable!
When people order bbq, it’s because they want to taste bbq sauce. Not chicken with a dime sized drop of sauce spread across 15 pieces of chicken.
Called another Papa Johns that is .7 mile from my job but they were closed at 8:40pm on a friday nite so I called this location which is 2 miles away and they are open but don't want to deliver to my job 2 miles away. Kinda weird I think. I would/could understand if they were 6 miles away but 2 miles, come on Papa Johns you are better than this. Aren't ya???
I Ordered a couple items from the menu and after waiting an hour for my items to be delivered I called the store only to find out that my delivery was offloaded to door-dash person resulting in me never receiving my order. In addition to this I was informed that nothing excpet for a refund could be done about the situation because apparently the manager on duty fully closed the store an entire hour before the posted close time. Being short-staffed is no excuse for this kind of negligence.
Service was good even though yhey were short handed. Just got cheesey bread.
I have ordered from this store MANY times. I finally can no longer bring myself to order from this location and will order from now on at the Hwy 160 location. The pizza was never a problem until lately it seems like most of the pizza has huge bubbles everywhere. I ended up writing a review about my last experience on another site. The staff is always friendly in store (they do NOT follow Covid precautions) but the staff outside I have walked up on having very inappropriate conversations to be standing right outside the door. I'm not one to care about that kind of thing usually but they are not even around the corner, they are literally right outside the door. When I walk up to go in, they don't even bother pausing the story until I walk in. I cannot bring my daughter with me to pick it up because there seems to always be a group of team members outside using language and speaking of things I would rather my 9 year old not listen to. Disappointed to say the least.
