Didn't knock, didn't even come up the porch stairs. Left pizza out in the cold,no delivery confirmation,worst delivery service ever. Oh,and the garlic sauce container was squished and open.Last time I order from this location
Tried to order a pizza at work for lunch tonite. Called at 8:40 p.m. and they are temporarily closed. Better ingredients better pizza but not open on a friday nite. Way to go!
Papa John's doesn't fail to deliver.
Don't expect much from papa John's but some blonde chick behind the counter argued with me over garlic sauce that I paid for & had the receipt on. Wouldn't have mind having to go back in if it weren't for the nasty 'tude Nice, papa John's.
Didn’t think it was possible to mess up a pizza that bad. Who puts the toppings on the bottom then a pound of half melted cheese on top. Do better
Excellent service!!! My wife called and spoke with Alyssa on 5/14/21!! We are vegan and really enjoyed Papa John’s prior to being vegan!! Alyssa took the time to explain the ingredients and was just super friendly and patient we her!! Food was fresh and hot!! Kudos to her and her crew!!! Avoid this place at all costs. Staff is young and rude. Could not care any less about the customers. Female with acne who claims to be the manager refused to take my gift card after it didn’t work after 2 swipes. Then she proceeded to role her eyes and mumble about me to other employees. It’s a corporate store and you can tell.
They closed and locked the door before closing. Don't order here an hour before closing. The sad part there were people there, but instead of giving me my order, they just looked at me with mad faces. Very very bad customer service. Order from a different location or decide on a different dish to eat.
Pizza showed up stone cold. What happened to the insulated bags? $30 pizza, cheese bread, delivery fee and tip. Unreal
I love papa johns! This store is always on point. I ordered online and everything was at my house at the time I needed it. The delivery driver Ruben Kellam was so nice and happy when he came. He had everything for my order EVEN ALL THE SAUCES!! Lol he even made sure I knew I had everything before he left, and was happy with his service... which I am!! Great job Ruben and the Papa Johns team!! I will always be a loyal customer
