I’ve done 3 online orders and for some reason my orders never make it to the pick up area or there was a problem with my food. Today my order was sitting up on the counter with no name tag or receipt. I wouldn’t have even considered this review but the last 3 times I ordered food there was an issue.

Teriyaki and broccoli bowl not worth the price. Dark meat chicken and regular size bowl is small. Any other local chinese to go is better. Staff has not learned that french onion soup without croutons is not french onion soup. Asking for extra croutons not enough, they still forget to include. Avoid curbside unless you fully inspect your order before leaving.

Went today, the man at the window was constantly touching his mask by his nose and Pulling it up, looked very worn. Panera provide clean masks or drop this policy as I personally don't like people touching my food and their mask with the same gloves. The store can reply but it won't change anything. ?

grace is the most amazing person ever! i went through the drive through and she was so nice! Customer service was amazing! Even with staffing issues she was postitive and all the food was perfect! She makes me come back! She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Grace!

Have tried multiple times to go... dining room closed at early hours and told to sit in the way too long drive through line. Shouldn't even have a drive through, but here we are. Do better.

Unknown territory this, but a really nice quick lunch with family. The Cheddar & Broccoli soup with a Grilled Cheese sandwich was a real treat.

I normally have good experiences with Panara Bread. This Panara Bread was not so good however. We decided to use their drive through. There were 2 soups as part of our order - they forgot one. Ordered 2 sweet teas - both were unsweet. We asked if utensils were in the bag and was told they were - they were not. On the plus side, the food is as good as you would expect from Panara.

I ordered a whole salad that looked like a half salad. Some of the lettuce was brown. One salad, one bowl, 2 soups and a Turkey sandwich cost $50. There was no itemized receipt with the order. When I tried calling the store no one picked up the phone, even after several attempts. This has happened previous times. I would not recommend going to this Panera or any Panera as they have gone downhill pretty quickly.

The food is great as usual Panera quality but the service is extremely slow especially on a Sunday. I ordered a salad at 10:10 on the app and it didn’t come out until 1045. I was actually late for a babysitting client because of it. Some of the people in the back where extremely slow and honestly not hustling even though the queue was very long. A lot of people came back while I was standing there waiting, and complained that their food was cold. I also saw a customer and what seem to be the Director of the back getting into a tussle over a sandwich. I probably won’t be back to this location because of the slow service, but it’s normal Panera quality

I was a little disappointed, but that's the norm these days. I had the opportunity to order my meal with a real person and that was new. I was informed that we could eat in the dining room, but the food would be prepared to go... The thing that I don't understand is that when I paid in advance of getting my food or receiving any kind of service, I was expected to leave a tip. I know that times are tough, but the notion of leaving a tip is based on the service you receive, not the service you expect. I felt like I was being guilted into leaving a tip. The food was good - on par with panera's normal offerings.
