Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. We came late, ordered and then had an accident and spilled a drink as we were leaving. We felt so bad and tried to clean it up, they insisted it was ok and they would clean it up. In this difficult labor market, I was so grateful for kind staff that went above and beyond after our long day (and I am sure their long day!). Thank you!

The people that work there were very nice, mostly teenagers/young adults. Just seems there were circumstances out of their control that day. Front ordering/credit card system down, mobbed at the end of the day since it is pretty much the only place around to get food at 8pm. There was something off about the food though. My husband took a few bites of his bowl and threw it out.
This place is always one of my family's favorites. The food is too good and the staff is as friendly as ever. The only thing is maybe clean the dining area a little more frequently but then again people should pick up after themselves too! ?
Mobile ordering is not worth it at this location. Submitted an order at 11:50 for ASAP ordering. Arrived at 12:20 when it said it would be ready. Continued waiting on site till 12:50 while watching a line that I could’ve gone through twice while I waited. I inquired why the delay and was told it was being made multiple times.Food is fine, but offering a broken system and it more than failing is supremely frustrating
BEST FOOD. WE GO EVERY WK. WE ALSO GET 2 MEALS OUT OF ONE.YOU TELL BURRITO OR BOWL OR SALAD, THEN TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT ON IT. THEY DO THE WORK.THE BOWL CONTAINERS ARE MICROWAVE SAFE AND REUSABLE.WE DO WASH AND REUSE. EASY TO WASH.
Place was Exceptionally Clean, Super Friendly staff and conveniently located right next to Carowinds! All of the food was Fresh around noon! This will be my Go-to On my next trip to Carowinds!
I eat here alot its near where i work. Food is good becareful they may over charge you due to the language barrier between customer and employee.
Everyone is friendly, but the food isn’t the best. Very flavourless compared to other Moe’s I’ve been to and they add the least amount of food to your burrito. All I’m saying is if I pay for guacamole I’d like more than half a spoon full.
