Mobile ordering is not worth it at this location. Submitted an order at 11:50 for ASAP ordering. Arrived at 12:20 when it said it would be ready. Continued waiting on site till 12:50 while watching a line that I could’ve gone through twice while I waited. I inquired why the delay and was told it was being made multiple times.Food is fine, but offering a broken system and it more than failing is supremely frustrating
BEST FOOD. WE GO EVERY WK. WE ALSO GET 2 MEALS OUT OF ONE.YOU TELL BURRITO OR BOWL OR SALAD, THEN TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT ON IT. THEY DO THE WORK.THE BOWL CONTAINERS ARE MICROWAVE SAFE AND REUSABLE.WE DO WASH AND REUSE. EASY TO WASH.

I love Moe's! Warning this is not a real Moe's. Every time I come here it gets a little worse. The pork is consistently dry. I tried the chicken today, also dry. Now they have started portioning the chips extra small. I'm coming here for chips and salsa! Give me chips! This is not a complicated business arrangement. I give you over $10 for my lunch and you supposed to give me more chips and I can eat. This most is consistently failing across the board. You're charging me over $10 for a little skimpy bag of chips. If you give me food, I will come back. I'm not really a complainer but this has got to be brought to the public's attention so hopefully we can have a real Moes here! I didn't try the steak because it was literally gray like wth... ?
Thankfully this location has survived then pandemic. The service dropped very low for a while but has been recovering. I believe a new owner has acquired this Moe's. They have all the ingredients available every time I have been there. The quality has almost come back to what it used to be. The foods are served a bit too wet. This is a training issue. When the servers rush they don't strain out the excess liquid before scooping into your plate or burrito. This is the only spot I see room for improvement.
What a rip off!! Not saying fun can not be had at this place, but for the price...4 kids, 1 day, nothing special going on, July 10th, 2021. $750 ! WAY TO MUCH!!! When calling / trying to confirm my kids were not being scammed / taken advantage of, I tried calling Carowinds multiple time. (My kids are 20, 19, 18 & 16 years old.) When you call, you are told to leave a message, yet rather than getting a recording or answering machine, the phone system hangs up on you. Had to contact the associated hotel to be transferred to security, who transferred me to guest services. After 30 minutes on hold, a gentleman, Jason, confirmed the prices paid were accurate. 1 day, 4 kids, 4 fast passes, 4 (money saving) meal plans, 4 (money saving) drink plans, an extra $50 per person at the door to gain admittance, NO REFUND OPTION available after learning of the additional $200 admissions price...RIDICULOUS!!! As a business owner, and the wife of a fellow business owner, God has been good to us. We are fortunate and have truly been bless. That aside, the cost of this 1 day experience, WAY TO MUCH!!
I have been going to Carowinds for the past 5-6 years and everything is great the Gold Pass is such a great deal you can add food and drinks for quite a low amount for all year you also get free parking with it. I went about 3 weeks ago Carolina Harbor opening day and it was amazing there was like nobody in the waterpark and the lines went quick the only thing that sucks right now is reservations I think it's stupid but everything else in the park is amazing especially Fury 325!
This year has been miserable! Carowinds had an opportunity to provide an excellent experience for their passholders this year and have failed horribly. Rude customer service, we were handed a warm drink no ice with black floaty stuff in the cup after paying $2.48 for the drink when the cup clearly says $1 to begin with. NO REFUNDS??????????? We paid for the refillable cup $15 cup to begin with. RESERVATIONS????? FOR Passholders??? I FEEL TAKEN HOSTAGE BY CEDAR FAIR ENTERTAINMENT. When we purchased our passes in 2020 we in good faith knew what we were buying, access to an amusement park anytime we had the time off to visit. what we are receiving is a very limited, poorly executed experience with no promise of reimbursement. I know they are not responsible for 2020 closure but this is a minimal effort at best for the millions of dollars received by the local families supporting this business what is being delivered is not what we paid for. My family should not have to make reservations as a season passholder while they are still selling daily tickets. It only shows their lack of concern for their local families.
