This place is OK for the most part, they Could definitely use a clean up and 2 times I've gone the drink machine has not worked.It would also be nice if they had some more vegan protein options besides just tofu.
It has been tough to find great food and service during Covid. Moe's food is fresh and my tacos were excellent. The service was great.
Fast service and Moe's usual fresh food. Competent and hard working teenagers! Glad to see the salsa bar.
Meh. I feel like this place has gone a little downhill the last couple times I've been. Food looks like it's been sitting a while and not very fresh. Some employees are more attentive and energetic than others. Overall, just doesn't feel fresh and I'm more likely to go to Chipotle down the street and brave the long waits there.
The door was open and it was 54 degrees outside. The dining room was freezing. The cashier closed the door, before we finished eating, the fist line server propped the door back open. At 7:20 p.m. they were stacking the chairs while there were 5 groups of people eating in the dining area. Will not be back.
There’s always something wrong when we visit here. It’s either no drinks, a dirty restaurant, rude staff, or they throw chips on a wet tray to eat off of. I keep coming back hoping it would be different but they always disappoint. And all the tables are dirty and you have staff behind the counter on their phones.
This is normally a great stop but this time was sub-par. Just beware. I won't be back for a while.
Food is good and the service has been fine at this location. I will say that the last 2 times we have eaten here, there have been issues. This past Sunday they closed at around 2pm. A few weeks before that, we arrived to a sign saying they had no carbonated beverages. Great place for food if the small issues can be resolved.
