85% of the time that I order from this location, there’s an issue. What is the point of having the option to customize your burger, if nobody ever actually customizes the burger?? I asked for extra mustard, pickles, and onions. Got nothing different. Frustrating!
My fries are always tasting old, and I have to always come inside and get better ones.The lady got my order wrong and rung In a big Mac sandwich large drink but not big Mac meal large I asked for no lettuce no pickle or onion extra sauce she rung in extra everything , then I get to the window to get my food I asked for my fry they tell me what she rung up and they all had head sets on so I asked the manager did u not here how I ordered and what she rung up the response was I don't really be listening, huh? You not listening so if someone has a problem u won't even know , and I still had to pay for my fries even though they were wrong
This was my second time visiting this location. I won't be back. My party arrived at 11:45am. We finally got to eat our food at 12:26 p.m. When we arrived, no one was taking orders at the front counter. By the time someone noticed, there were 10 people in line waiting to order and another half dozen waiting for their food. There were lots of people working, but they were clearly only focused on drive-thru orders.About 30 minutes after waiting for our food, I went to the counter to see what was going on and they had lost our order, along with the orders of several other people. They did acknowledge the error and finally made the food, but the closest thing to an apology from the manager was a simple, "Here's your food. Have a nice day."
Was excited to get a McDonalds close by but they definitely have some room for improvement. Not sure what the point of having the Rewards program is if you can’t actually use them. The last 3 times I tried using my points to redeem a free Happy Meal but I always end up paying for it anyway. The employees usually tell me they don’t know why it’s not working but don’t offer much help. Sometimes they the employees are working fast, other times it can take 10 minutes just to get a coffee drink. Hopefully over time they will work out any kinks.
If you're in a hurry or only have 30 mins for lunch don't go here. I ordered at the kiosk inside. Did not get a receipt. Food took 25 minutes to come out. I am assuming he was the manager or supervisor told me they were working on my order. 10 mins later finally got it. Then they didn't have any apple pies. So I was told that the person who rung me up was supposed to tell me there were no apple pies. First off the person working the register was to busy talking with their friends to even care. So how is a kiosk supposed to physically tell me there are no apple pies and that just wasn't registering with this person. Food wasn't even fresh and fries were cold. Owners really need to see this. Very bad customer service. Nothing offered for my bad experience. Told them I should get my money back for such a long wait and was told "but you got your food, why would you get your money back." Done with this mess!
We waited over 10 mins in the drive thru(cars in front and behind us so we couldn’t move if we wanted to) the girl taking the order had no idea how to take orders. While at the window one of the other workers made a comment about dragging someone across the parking lot for my 4 year old to hear, our receipt was not rung up correctly as well, they forgot my sons kid meal
I've been 3 times. I ordered food 1 of those 3 times. You will sit at the menu for long periods of time without service. It's ridiculous. It's not just once, it's every time I've been and I see car after car just leaving without ordering. Not sure what the issue here. We just drive to Waxhaw most times when we want mcdonalds. Much faster.
Closest McD's location to my home. Also convenient to get gas, a car wash, and a snack at this location!Been here several times already since it has opened, and have been satisfied every time. Keep up the good work!
Wonderful place for a variety of cheesecakes and a diverse menu to choose from.
The menu states that any size sweet tea is a dollar, and I was charged $1.39. I said something to the manager, and hus replay was he would check the outside menu, but his attitude was basically he didn't care what the menu price was because he said this is a franchise store and prices are different.
