The opportunity to sit and grab something quick to eat and refresh oneself during these tiring times of COVID is a blessing. A worker explained the touch screen process and the food was freshly made. Thank you!
I arrived about 10:30pm and went inside to place my order in the lobby which is now open post pandemic. The staff were friendly. I requested my fish sandwich to be dropped fresh, meaning cooked then and it was. The fries were fresh and hot as well.
3 stars because usually when I visit this location the service is fairly quick.However...This location is gouging its customers which I assume a majority of them aren't local since this location is right off of 77 Northbound.I am a local and live just around the corner. The last 5-6 months I've noticed (and have forgotten to specify after figuring it out) that they don't ask you what size meal you want, they just automatically charge you for a large which you don't find out until after you've received your order. On top of that, they don't even bother to give me a full meal (as pictured).I don't think it's fair business practices to not ask your customers what size meal they want and then upcharge them without permission.
We made a large very customized order. The food came out perfect. We received everything we needed/ordered with a friendly greeting and our food was hot and tasty. It was a nice Sunday family visit to McD's. Thank you.
Food, standard. Customer service lacked completely. Had to order at a kiosk, inside, which is fine, however there was no one there to help when I had to pay for my order or guide me and my family through the "kiosk way to order." Everything would have been fine if there were employees willing to help. Or just more employees? Not sure what it was, but ordering and dining in could have been so much simpler and quicker with help!
Went here yesterday between 11am-12pm. This was the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was hot, fresh, fast, and the order was correct?
Ordered two mcdoubles and a spicy mchicken, small fry, and two sprites. The mcchicken was either over cooked or old and threw it back in the grease to warm it up. Both Mcdoubles only had one patty and fries were old. Didnt realize any of this until I made it home. Tried calling and phone gives a busy signal. Ill add a pic of the chicken sandwich in a few.
I usually don’t eat McDonalds, just the fries and drinks. Fries were hot and nicely salted, and they have the basket, which I got for myself but I’d definitely recommend not getting it unless your sharing. And I got there a hour before they closed, food was still great and so was the cashier.
Staff was very rude taking orders in drive thru! They were rushing customers to order and getting attitudes if order was long or you asked a question regarding menu or products! The food was hot and order was correct! I did place a mobile app and then placed a order in drive thru with my mobile order!
Hate the food but love the Iced Tea. That's all I purchase from any McD.
