This McDonald's location is pretty much average when compared to others in the area. However, they have a pretty good customer service and they tend to bring your food faster than in other locations. The restrooms were clean most of times I visited this place. They are both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. No Vegan options are available on the menu. Parking is easy and not busy. You may wait quite a while in the drive-thru on busy hours during the day, but nothing awful.

Never ever coming back to this location. Kid at the window couldn’t have been but 15 maybe 16 and had no idea what he was doing. Asked me about an order that wasn’t even mine and when I told him what I had he still handed me the wrong order and I had to correct it. Ordered ONE kids happy meal which is about $4. Got home and checked my bank statement in my banks app as I do everyday and saw that I was charged $22 for someone else’s food. I’m livid. I’ll be their in the morning for a refund and if I don’t get one I’m calling my bank and having it marked as fraud.

I ordered a small latte (which I googled it and it should have been 12 oz.) and they filled my cup just above HALF WAY!! When I got my latte, the associate at the drive-thru told me AND showed me that it wasn’t filled all the way and told me they would get me another one. On top of that, they weren’t ready with my cookies and asked me to drive up to the second window to wait. I waited for fifteen minutes. So I drove around to the drive-thru speaker and mentioned about my cookies and coffee. When I pulled up, I did get my cookies but was told that they were waiting on their manager about my coffee and that if I like I could wait. What?!?! If this was the case, I should not have been told I was getting another one. So I paid an upcharge with my meal to get a half a latte. ?

To say this McDonalds is located in a good neighborhood the workers are straight ghetto. There’s so much negativity I can say but I’ll leave it at this. The dude with blond tip dreads was playing in his hair and went and got chicken nuggets for a customer with his bare hands. NBA Youngboy music was playing on one of the workers phone loud while customers waited for their food. Another guy came out the back with the headset cursing using nasty vulgar language. Being a black man I felt embarrassed by their actions. Who ever runs this establishment should definitely find better employees or managers. I’ve eaten at McD for years and this place is definitely the worst I’ve ever been in. The manager with the red and black hair was even cursing and unprofessional towards whoever she was talking to. I rather head down to Steele Creek and go to that McDonalds. If the managers review the cameras from 4/13 between the hours of 8-9:15 they’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. We got to teach our kids better. I left the restaurant hurt and disappointed. Peace

It took over 20 minutes to get my food. By the time I got it it was stone cold. And they left off 2 of the items that I had ordered. Definitely do not use curbside pick up at this location

Pulled in at 8:00am, ordered a small black coffee, drove off. Gave it a little time to cool off, took my first sip and got a mouthful of coffee grounds!! How is it possible to mess up coffee!? Had to run in to a 7-11 for water to wash down the coffee grounds and get some decent (?) coffee! So gross!!

This McDonalds is so slow at the drive -thru There is no excuse for it .Today was my first visit and last one too . If people readthis do yourself a favor and do not go there unless you have alot of time like 15 minutes waiting in the drive -thru

Staff in back preparing food were not wearing gloves or masks. Putting their hands in their hair and face and mouth. Out of lettuce for sandwiches that are supposed to include lettuce. We tried to cancel order. But they refused to refund our money

You would think been a brand new Mc Donald’s, the food and service would be better. I had to ask them to replace my kids fries because they were old and dried up. The manager didn’t even apologize or anything. True a nasty place to eat. As you can see from the photo old lettuce going brown.

If i could give this location a 0, i would. I have had more problems here then i can count, cause its been well over a dozen. I understand short staffung, pandemic, etc., so i keep giving you a chance, but this is ridiculous. Go to the restaurant 35 mins before closing on 2/2/2022, order a double quarter pounder meal, "im sorry we are out of quarter meat" so look again, decided on a crispy chicken deluxe "im sorry we are out of chicken" so, what do you have, "big macs" sorry i hate the sauce. If yall dont wanna cook before close, turn your damn lights off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never and i mean never go here again, and will encourage others to refrain. Worst customer service ever.
