Don’t even want to give one star. I had the mobile order so gave my code at the drive thru speaker. They couldn’t find it so told me to come to the first window. The employee at the first window didn’t know how to find the mobile order so it took some time. She said we are good so I moved on to the second window to pick up my food. The lady at the second window gave me the wrong food so I gave it back. She loudly complained about why I didn’t say it was a mobile order and talked about it to other employees. I had to tell her that I could hear her two times for her to stop talking about me. What a way to start off your morning. If I wasn’t in a hurry, I wanted to speak to the supervisor. Please train your employees about mobile orders. Please tell your employees not to talk about customers when they are right in front of them hearing everything.

This McDonald's is much better than it used to be at least they serve everything like they should and don't claim their icecream machine is broken every night but they could do better with their food. The fries are still not hot most of the time and the sandwiches are out together sloppily. If I order a McChicken I should get a sandwich with mayo chicken and lettuce in proportion. I don't want to eat a sandwich with a ton of mayo and a tiny piece of chicken that's cold. I want the sandwich to have the right amount of mayo with a good piece of chicken and the right amount of lettuce.

This location doesn’t pay attention to customer requests or allergy warnings. Ordered the Big Mac dinner box, and specifically requested NO lettuce due to allergy. When the food got home and was checked, it was loaded with lettuce and none of the slivered onions and only 2 small tomato slices that were charged for. The fact that they were told no lettuce due to allergy should have been put on the ticket, which was not. I have video proof unboxing the burger, which I didn’t get to eat. Someone from this location needs to contact me as soon as possible. A refund and food replacement isn’t going to be enough for the gross negligence of your employees. If you need pictures or the video, I’ll be glad to present them

Sit in line for approximately 40 minutes to get my food. 9 cars were ahead of me yes, but 40 minutes is crazy. Had I not been trapped in line, I would have left much sooner. Food was cold on top of that. No sense of urgency whatsoever at this place. Highly disappointed!!!

Always out of ketchup , shake machine is always down . But they charge a fortune for everything. Ridiculous

My grand kids love McDonald's, me not so much but I'm excited that the Hi-C Orange is back and I do love their frozen Coke, and the new apple fritter.

Terrible experience! Went to get an order .waited for about 10 mins at the window where different employees are looking at me but not coming to the window,go around the building to see an employee from inside coming outside ,tell her I'm there to pick up a order only to be told their closed when all any of them had to do was say that at the window.they are so unprofessional it's rediculous.communication is key !!

1/29/2022 waited behind a car that literallydid not order a single item, the employee and the “customer” were just talking and exchanging phones for like 10 min, finally when the car in front drove offthe “young lady with a colorful jacket and impressively long nails asked me what was my order i replied i forgot cause i have been waiting for ever check ur system man she got an attitude closed the windowand gave me half my order, i asked for the rest of my order and of course my food was cold afJUST DRIVE ONE MILE DOWN THE ROAD AND YOU WILL FIND A BETTER MCDONALS AT RIVERGATE

The cold fries were disappointing but, expected. The raw burger was soul crushing. Never again. Ever.

My food was cold!
