I gave them a second chance after awful delivery experience and waiting on calls back from manager or district manager. But my kids like the pizza. So ordered delivery again and it was 30 minutes late. My wife went up and picked it up. They cpundt refund the delivery fee or tip. So I send an email in again and never ever get a call from anyone. It's sad that they don't empower associates to refund something they can't even provide. They didn't even say they were sorry.Never again.
I placed a delivery order for this location today for a pizza, mountain dew and brownies. After receiving my delivery an hour and fifteen minutes later (the store was only 5 minutes from the destination), I took a look at my items to see that not only was my mountain dew opened, but someone drunk it down to the level of the label. I tried to catch the delivery driver, but he pulled off by the time I noticed and ran back outside. I called the location 4 times with no answer which resulted in me driving to the location. Not only did they not have more of the soda that I ordered, they believed that giving me 2 bottles of an alternative soda was an appropriate remedy to the situation. Considering I'm under the weather and hoarse, I didn't have enough output or energy to contend with the situation so I'm leaving this review instead. Had I known that I would have to drive to the location in the beginning, I would have saved on the delivery fee and additional tip I provided, and I would have gotten the beverage I wanted for cheaper at another location. Definitely beware of delivery tampering at this location and fully check your items before the delivery person leaves your doorstep.
I ordered 2 pizzas from here last night to be delivered. I ordered at 5:30 PM and set it up to be delivered at 6:45 pm. at 7:00 pm, no pizza had arrived yet. I called the store to check the status and was put on hold twice. Finally called back and got to talk to someone at 7:15. They said my pizza was waiting on the shelf. They didn't know when a driver was going to be able to deliver. I cancelled the order as I had some friends over and was supposed to have this pizza by 6:45.This was the first time I decided to have Marcos pizza delivered and will be the last.I know times are hard for some reason now and anything can happen, but if you can't simply make pizza and deliver, maybe you shouldn't do it. It's not rocket science. The worst part was that the guy I talked to, really didn't care. So I don't either and and won't order from these guys again.
I have never had an issue with this location until today. I placed a delivery order at 11:33 a.m. for a 2:30 p.m. delivery, they called me at 2:00 and told me that no delivery drivers showed up for work so they couldn't deliver our order, sorry but they could have called before 2:00 to let me know that so I could have set something else up to be delivered for our work lunch. This was very inconsiderate of them! We will be taking a break from this store and will start ordering our lunch orders elsewhere for a while!!
My online delivery order was canceled without anyone notifying me. I only found out by checking the status on my account after 30 minutes. When I called the store, I was informed that we could pick up the pizza—what??? Also I was charged for the order that was “canceled”. I was told the money would be credited back to my account. It’s been 3 business days and the money hasn’t been credited yet. I’m taking this issue up with corporate. This has been very unprofessional and confusing experience.
Worst customer service Ever!!! Ordered online @9:00 pm.. An employee called me @9:38 from their cell phone to tell me that there was no delivery drivers and I would have to come pickup my pizza..Got there @9:45pm..10:15pm another employee came out with that old pizza telling me that an employee earlier flipped out on them and threatening to shoot up the place causing them to be behind on my order.. Refused to make me a new pizza or refund my money.. Told me I would have to wait til 4pm the next day to report it there manager Jason... I called the police!!!!
I bought to one topping pizzas to share with friends and everyone loved them. They had not had Marcos before and I shared this location! Absolutely delicious
This is the first time we were not happy with our order. The pizza came on time but it was cold and the cheesey bread was not cooked completely.
I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak pizza for carryout. When I got home, I found that there was no steak on my pizza. I called the store and the person who answered stated, "Oh yeah, we ran out of steak earlier". So, whoever received my order made a Philly Cheesteak pizza knowing there was no steak to put on the pizza. Not only did they make the pizza without the steak, they didn't even have the decency to tell me that my order was wrong, I had to figure that out on my own. I spoke to the manager about how ridiculous this was and they should notify customers when they run out of product. I paid with a credit card, but when I asked for a refund I was told that I had to come back into the store to receive a cash refund. I made it back to the store to pick up my cash refund and was told by the manager that I could only get $9 back when I paid $15 for the pizza. Well after arguing with the manager about getting a full refund, he had to call his district manager to find out that he was entering wrong information into the computer, which was telling him the incorrect amount of change. I'm not sure when we entered that stage where logic and common sense goes out the door and people are so reliant on computers that they can't think for themselves. You guessed it folks,...I'm never going back there.
Some of the pizza was fine. Ordered 3 large pizzas: beef and bacon, pepperoni and cheese and white cheezey, an order of cheese breadsticks, and 2 Family size Greek salad. The only resemblance to a Greek salad was the packaged dressing. So I received a regular tossed salad with Greek dressing. I had family members who live in Charleston, SC who order this salad all the time and were raving about it. They are visiting so I thought we would order what they like...we were very disappointed. The family size bowl containers were half full. I don't think I will be ordering anything from this establishment again.?
