Do not eat here - possibly the single worst JJ location ever in terms of customer service and absolute SLOWNESS.

They are slow as molasses, faithfully. I waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru today. I was asked three times over the course of 20 minutes if I’d paid yet ( I had). Given the wrong order- despite being asked twice what my order was. I still hadn’t received my order and decided to get a refund because I’d used up my entire lunch break. I’ve continued to frequent despite the long wait time, but I think I’ll have to pass moving forward.

Most ridiculous place ever seen.. multiple times been here in line at drive thru no one ever comes across speaker to say hello say, go somewhere else or anything. Freakishly absent but at times waiting about 5 to 7 minutes, might say can I take your order. Hell, I'm in line right now waiting at speaker..Freakishly slow...well just came across speaker, I just said nevermind and drive off. Last week.. waited a quick only 2 minutes but then they said it will be a 30 minutes wait cause we are cutting meat.. lol.. cutting something out I would guess.. I figured try one more time.. but sorry lost that business of me occasionally in evening buying combos.. a few months ago already lost business for 3 to 5 people lunch time combos for our business just a mile away.. getting it wrong, slow and just too pricey for torpedo sandwiches... definitely not submarine sandwiches.

I am giving 1 star because I have to. I walked in with my little girl to have a bite.. we weren't greeted. The cashier had an attitude, she ignored us and raised her voice after I asked if she had a drink on our order 3 times. She just stared at me like i was there to beg or something. Totally unacceptable service. Get a decent staff or close it down. We walked out and got the best service next door at Starbucks. Do yourself a favor, don't visit this Jimmy John's.

Worst JJ's in area. Ordered 1 sandwich for delivery an hour ago and still waiting for it. Called the store multiple times. First time on hold for 10 minutes, then no answer for 5 minutes, then hung up on, then told that all the deliveries were out but he had multiple deliveries. The app tracker say's it's not out for delivery yet!??? At this point, even if it shows up I'm not eating a sandwich that's been riding around in someone's car unrefrigerated for over an hour.

Came here straight after work and pulled up to order at the drive thru. After waiting 5 minutes or so, I decided to pull up because no one had taken my order yet. There were two other cars in front of me. All of us sat in the drive thru for no less than 10 minutes, and still no sandwich came out of the window. I had to back my car out of the actual drive thru to get out. Thinking there was just a problem in the drive thru, I went inside. When I walked in, there were 2 employees up front and what looked like a manger in the back. They didn’t greet me or anything when I came in, but whatever. I proceeded to order an unwich with one of the employees. When the other employee went to make my food, he asked me what I had ordered and I told him. He proceeds then took out bread to make the sandwich, and I told him that I ordered an unwich -and it’s not supposed to have bread. I had to tell him two more times not to make it on the bread. He then went to look for the lettuce wrap and came back out finally- only to let me know they didn’t have lettuce. Fed up at this point, I asked for a refund. He had to ask what I assume to be the manager to help. She came upfront, looked right in my eyes, said absolutely nothing, and got some money out of the register for him to pass to me. The young man who actually handed me the refund was polite, but it’s obvious there are real issues with this store. Terrible service…..

Sandwich delivery (placed outside of 11 and 12:00 lunch times) took exactly 59 minutes to arrive 3.4 miles from store. Special instructions were cut in half (didn't happen) and EZ mayo (also didn't happen).

The WORST Jimmy John's experience. Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru after ordering our subs. We asked for jalapenos on our number 16 which were never added. We asked for straws in the bag never got them or napkins. When we asked it was an inconvenience. Customer service and efficiency were non existent here! Ridiculous!

I went inside (I hadn’t placed an order online, I went in to place an order). No one addressed me when I walked in and it took 3-4 minutes for anyone to take my order. In that time, no one said to me “just a minute, or we’ll be right with you,” something you’d normally expect from any restaurant. I understand it’s busy at times, but that’s a bare minimum.I am still giving this 3 stars because after they took my order it was made within a couple minutes and tasted just like it was supposed to.

By far the worst Jimmy John's experience ever. The gentleman working the cash register was annoyed that we even entered the building. Terrible customer service, we will never return to this location.
