I was the worst customer today and the girl taking my order had the most amazing patience. I stopped by and had my 11month old and my 3 yr old. While trying to order my 3 year old was trying to get his own chips and then some, talk over me but not answer what he wanted to eat and my 11 month old is crying. She took it in stride and allowed me to ask her questions, waited patiently as I asked my 3 year old what he wanted and got us out of there so fast once I figured out what I was ordering.
This place is a joke. Ordered online at 9:40 a.m. for 1:30 delivery, they did not get to me until 3:15 p.m. Called the store twice and was told by the manager that drive thru and inside customers are their priority so in that case don't waste your time ordering for delivery cause your business is not important to them. My address for delivery is not even 5 minutes from the restaurant..smh.. this is poor service!! I would give them ZERO stars!!!
Absolutely terrible. Every time i place an order it takes over 2 hours to arrive. No communication and they wont answer the phone to cancel my order. Just terrible

Ordered a Sandwich online today to be delivered at my job. Customized my sandwich online. When it was delivered it was customized at all. I took things off the sandwich and added things on as well. When I picked up in work lobby and opened my Sandwich and realized it was all messed zp
Horrible service. We walked in 15 minutes before closing time and they already had mopped and out most of their food away. I asked if they were open still and they responded that they were. When we walked to the counter the girl that came to take our order was so rude. After placing the order for our first meal, she got even more of an attitude and we walked out.
They got the softest bread but not the most meat. And they claim that they don't add salt or pepper. They don't even offer packets! Otherwise, fast and affordable.
First time ordering delivery from this JJ and it was officially the SLOWEST delivery time ever. I understand everyone is dealing with staffing shortages but an hour delivery time for a sandwich is insane. I could have ordered a full on meal from a restaurant on Door Dash quicker. Food is fine, but next time I’ll just go in and order.
Left Subway to come here. Welcomed as soon as we walked in! Will definitely be back!
I eat here allllll the time. I love it. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is that the employees don't wear masks. I understand SC doesn't require it but with covid still being so high and these people working with food, it just seems more sanitary for them to wear them.
