I know this Jersey Mikes is short-staffed. But why would they take the phone off line for over two hours?
Very good, sloppy subs. Friendly staff. I took away 2 stars, because employee’s apron kept rubbing against my sub and the area they dump excess lettuce was pretty filthy with very old black grimy scraps.
Always consistent with how food is prepared and how it comes out tasting. They have a system in how they operate. And I hope they keep it up.
Ordered regular club supreme with all the veggies. Had so much dressing or sauce made mess and was not able to enjoy the sandwich. Sooo messy. My hot sub philly steak was tossed to one guy and he missed and hit the floor. They offered to make another one but the wrapping was not lose at all so I said no.
Ordered lunch like I have many times there and had someone pick it up for me. Went back because the bacon was left out and I paid for it. I was told they wouldn’t touch my order because the guy “didn’t know where it had been, and didn’t want to touch it” so he proceeded to sloppily remake it. The girl then proceeded to say “well what was the problem” and threw the rest of the things in the bowl and handed it around the counter. Tried to give them a call to let them know about my experience but their phones stay “busy”.
Top notch service that treats you like long time friends. Keep their food fresh and served fast. I came in 5min before closing and didn’t get any salt. Can’t beat that.
Says they close at 9:00 but the door is locked at 10 minutes till. Why are you going to post business hours if you're not going to stay open until that time,

Although the food here is very fresh and good everytime i was very upset today when i went in to order. I wanted my meat warmed on the grill because i am pregnant and not supposed to eat cold deli meat. The manager a lady , told me she can’t warm my meat up because it’s too much going on and it’s too busy it was not that busy and there were only 2 people behind me. I’ve never had my request denied to have my meat warmed no matter how busy it is at any jersey mikes I’ve ever been to that was very upsetting and she wasn’t even nice about it.
I really like the food specially the tuna sandwich, i love the team, they are very friendly makes you feel you are in your homeI like you guys
