Just yummy! My favorite drink is the taro milk tea with boba. Their sandwiches are also delicious. I definitely recommend them!
Overall, J tea has been very inconsistent for me. I have been there at least 15-20 times and the boba is never the same. Some days, it’s really delicious, warm, and fresh. Other days it’s hard and not how it should be. I wish the boba was more consistent, because it was delicious when it was cooked correctly. The one time I asked the owner of the shop why the boba was so hard…he told me because it needs an hour to cook and it wasn’t done cooking. Well, then why are you serving it to customers if it’s not properly cooked? Maybe look into getting another steamer so you can always cook two batches of boba at once. That way it willalways be fresh!

Very pleasant experience. Friendly staff, good boba teas and tasty sandwiches. I placed an order for a pick up and while waiting i was offered a cup of water - small gesture but it made me feel welcomed. Will definitely be back.
