Horrible customer service. Drive thru only. The girl got the order wrong. We asked at the window what was ordered. She still got it wrong grabbed the money out of my husband's hand and then when we told her it was still wrong proceeded to argue that we did order all the food. We did not. Ended up paying for things we didn't want or hold up the long line behind us. That said the food was fresh and good. It was just aggravating.
It was just all right for me. The cheeseburger was pretty good, but the chicken tenders were lackluster. The staff was friendly and I appreciated that, so maybe I will try Hardee's again with a different meal.

Dude was pretty cool working there looked like post Malone. He made sure my food was fresh and hot and brought it out to me in a minute just like he said he would. God experience
It is Jan.2nd,2022 what time does this Hardees close? I made it there at 7:15pm! But the posted store hours say it closes at 10:00pm
Great service! I usually don't frequent Hardees. I asked for 3 chicken tenders and was offered the $5 meal that came with fries and a drink at the drive thru. It was a nice gesture to provide me savings.
Do not go.You know this already.The highest IQ in the building is on the ketchup packet.

My husband and I received terrible customer service from this place. First, we were missing a drink. Had the receipt and all. They act like they couldn’t comprehend what was up there and said “just give it to them” and then we checked the food and was missing a small hash round and they didn’t put cheese on some of our sandwiches. When we drove back up to let them know they just flew off the handle saying we were lying and that they did put everything in there. Mind you, we just sat there and spent $34. We wanted what we PAID for. The manager even closed the window and stated she wasn’t going to service us. I have never experienced anything like this and I will never go back there. And then it had the nerve to be the MANAGER. Customer service isn’t for everyone, clearly. Please run far away from this restaurant.
