My husband went to the Fort Mill location to pick up lunch. The drive-thru is the only way to order since the dining room is still closed due to Covid. Hmmm...He ordered and proceeded to the window where things quickly got weird. One, he was told that the Hardees App is not honored and he could not take advantage of the rewards or deals and, two, his $5 meal deal went up by $2 for saying yes to lettuce and tomato on his cheeseburger. He began to ask a question and was cut off by the cashier saying that her manager told her they don't honor the app and since he ordered extra food he would have to pay for it.I'm beginning to understand why this place is so run-down. The staff just sees it as a job, the management has given up, and it's a shame for the community. Hardees should either give it a make-over or put it out of its misery!
After going through the drive-thru requesting extra pickles I was lied to by the staff that the food had extra pickles with it. Upon opening my food I realize they lied and there was no extra pickles so I returned to this party called the manager who was disrespectful and hung up on me I asked a staff member if the sandwich that I ordered originally comes with lettuce he looked at me and lied to me and said yes I've concluded that the Hardee's on Tom Hall Street is full of liars and cheaters. Except for Gerard Ervin he is a great staff member and should be giving a raise but the rest of the people on the shift today were liars and crooks
Food was not prepared correctly, so much mustard and ketchup that's all you tasted
Was there at 6:45 tonight. Got two grilled chicken sandwiches. Neither were edible and a waste of $16. Both were barely warm to the touch and one sandwich had a piece of chicken that was half the size of the bun and too hard to bite through.
Place is just randomly closed from time to time with no way of knowing. You’ll sit at the drive through window (since the doors haven’t been open in who knows when) and eventually just give up since no one answers and there’s no sign to say they’re closed. I’m not blaming the workers though, it’s about time the owners smarten up and pay a livable wage.
Food was not warm enough, and drive through attendant was nearly impossible to understand.
I brought a old fashion chicken sandwich..ask for a plan one but had mayonnaise and pickles on it still...chicken was dark almost burnt and tasted burnt or the grease was old...
My sausage, egg, and biscuit was really good. The coffee was nice and fresh, with good flavor. The drive through cashier was really nice and sweet. God Bless Ya'll, and Merry Christmas.
We couldn't even tell if they were opened or not, so then I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and sat there for a minute, then someone finally came on it and took my order, then when I pulled around to the window to pay and pick up my order I sat there for seven or eight minutes and no one ever came to the window, so we finally just drove off. Never had this happen before. ?
Staff is rude,the only reason I stopped is because i saw a line. I regret an will not be coming bk..I thank the cook for hot fries ?
