Good service, good food, reasonably priced and a full bar. We went on Wednesday evening just before they closed, the waiter was excellent and helpful sorry I don’t remember his name. Ashleigh was very good, friendly and knowledgeable.Hamburgers delicious, regular fries good, chicken tenders delicious, the “Works” fries not my favorite…?♀️Unfortunately we didn’t try the pizza But definitely will Next time.
The pizza, “Mama’s” with added anchovies, onion, tomato, and banana peppers, was okay, but only okay with no wow factor.It’s a bit disappointing when a place specializing in pizza doesn’t follow basics.If I may suggest a few improvements: tomato addition should be thin, wide slices so it can bake into the pizza properly, not a scattered handful of chunky diced tomatoes. Basil should not be finely chopped pieces put on with the other toppings or it will scorch and lose the volatiles (flavor) during baking; it should be put on when the pizza is done baking but still warm. Lastly, one banana pepper per large slice on a third of the pizza seems awfully slim considering it’s a purchased add-on. Shrinkflation?A few minor quality improvements like this would go a long way to showing they care about their product.
Pizza is ok, wings are tiny. Not bad just not great.
Our server was checking in with us within just a couple of minutes of being seated. He was super patient as we were waiting on a friend to arrive. He checked on us regularly and offered great appetizer ideas and refilled our drinks without being asked. The food showed up super fast, hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this place for amazing pizza and service!
I wouldn't say this is the most color friendly place. Mixed with exhaustion from being understaff. I left feeling that they could care less if I got what I ordered or if I enjoyed my experience. I sat at the bar and the bartender was rude and dismissive. I rarely eat here and came because others wanted to do so. But from here on out ill make sure to do my best to stay away and share my experience with others!

Great experience here at Empire Pizza in Fort Mill as usual. My wife and I always love to get a large cheese and beef pizza, because their crust is perfect. It's always golden butter brown, and crispy, with a soft Center. The way the cheese holds together as you carry a slice to your mouth is wonderful. We always get 24 Wings on top of our pizza order as well. Half lemon garlic and half Honey hot is our favorite choice for their wings here. The staff is always so nice and polite every time we come in and always says hey. Never once have I felt neglected or ignored by my waitress here and for that, I think management for hiring the right people. Again, Empire Pizza Fort Mill is a staple in our marriage LOL this is our weekly date and every single time it is a fantastic experience. So thank you so much and we look forward to the next time we dine in with our pizza and our wings!
Avoid Friday nights. We usually go here about once a month. Tonight the place was packed. We still got a table right away. But our food took over an hour with barely an apology. They charged us for a kids drink even though the menu says they are included. The server insisted that they were not included. It felt like it was 60 degrees inside so the wait was extra long. I don't feel like we have ever been checked on by a manager and we often have issues that we might mention. That's why we don't frequent the place more often.
Use to be a favorite with great food and pizzas but now is overbooked with orders from delivery apps. Now, orders via website or phone are being pushed out in the pipeline. Avoid so you don’t get to wait over 2 hours for a pizza or they let you know you never placed the order when you get here to claim. A disaster! Such a shame
They have wide variety of pizzas and love their vegetarian options. My son loves their pizza in last week we got take out for over 3 times.
