Waited about 20 minutes in line on a Saturday only to be told their oven is "broke" and they aren't preparing anything. Stuck in line after that, should honestly post something outside to prevent people from waiting to ultimately tell them they can't be served. Sad thing is this is the 4th time I've had it and it'll be the last time. Driving 2 miles down for the other Dunkin and always get service there. Avoid this one at all costs if you can.

This location is very unprofessional and unfriendly! I work across the street and it’s convenient for my staff and I to visit this location for coffee and donuts but the last few times has been unpleasant! They never have inventory, I was told today that they were out of creamer for coffee! I had just purchased a huge box of coffee for my staff and was told later that they were out of creamer! The staff is unapologetic and never friendly! It’s always a disappointment when I take a chance and go there!! Never again!!

Asked for assorted but got just regular donuts very disappointed if they don't have in stock employees should bring to customer attention not all fairThose 2 are completely dry not even dipped in syrup

Joke of a coffee shop, got here on Saturday and went through drive thru to find out the following: thank you for choosing Dunkin, we're closed lol. So franchise like Dunkin chooses when they want and don't want to work?

I think 2 stars is friendly. Ordered some egg bites online because there was a deal in the mobile app. They told me like everyone else, that they weren't serving food due to 8 excuses. Then I said I can subsitute it for donuts, some of the donuts I originally ordered were incorrect. Also the refresher drink I got from them was nasty and literally tasted like cough syrup but dragonfruit flavored. I think I'll drive to the Lake Wylie location, they're A LOT better with service and products also.

Stopped by for the third time in as many months. Once again they claim the oven is broke. I really wish corporate would supply them with a new oven. Can’t run a profitable business and pay royalties if you can’t cook. I really think they should take this franchise away from whoever the owner is. No one who accepts any responsibility for anything is ever present.

The line is usually pretty short and goes pretty quickly even if it isn't. They've never gotten an order of mine wrong, and they are nice. It is clear the staff are overworked and don't have enough help for each shift, so I hope they hire more people soon.

This has been the WORST service I’ve ever received from ANY store. If I could give zero stars I would. The manager Kimberly Cairco is HORRIBLE. A straight nightmare and I can’t believe Dunkin’ would ever have someone like her representing them. I went through the drive through and asked for 3 caramel iced coffees. Before leaving the drive through we tasted them and they were not to our liking so we asked for a cup of caramel. I told her I would pay for the extra caramel and she said “well if you wanted more caramel you should’ve asked for it when ordering”. Extremely rude. I asked for a refund instead and she refused to give me a refund because I used a gift card. I called corporate to complain and they verified that she LIED and a refund COULD be processed. She STOLE my money by refusing to give me a refund for a product that I DID NOT WANT. I called the store to get her name and when I told her I called corporate she LAUGHED and said they don’t have a district manager and she already spoke to the store manager insinuating that she will get away with her disgusting behavior. Totally unacceptable and she should never be allowed to manage anything. The only thing Kimberly should learn how to manage is her MOUTH.

Hot drinks tasted different and lighter than any o you other Dunkin donuts I have been to.

This is the worst Dunkin . After not making drinks to my liking Kimberly Cairco who claimed to be the manager refused to fix it saying if we wanted extra caramel we should have ordered it that way. Firstly, how was I to know what the drinks would taste like before ordering if it always tastes different. I didn’t taste any caramel in my coffee when asked for a refund she refused also, refusing to take the drinks back. We offered to pay for additional caramel and she says that’s impossible. Saying since we paid with a gift card we couldn’t get a refund also ( I called corporate to confirm this process and they stated that was a lie and could in fact be done) When I called back to speak to the manager Kimberly answers and laughs about the situation and states she already spoke to the owner and doesn’t care I called corporate because Dunkin’s are independently owned and operated and they do not have a regional manager/ general manager . If the owner is reading this Kimberly needs to be fired and your employees should be properly trained on customer service.
