The only dunkin doughnuts I will ever go to people are nice and the coffe and donuts are good for a fast foodish place
By far and away, one of the worst drinks I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. Ordered a caramel latte. Didn’t add anything didn’t subtract anything. The espresso was watery and the latte had AT BEST a spoonful of milk in it. Whoever made my drink should seriously never be in the food business.
The employees there are always friendly and they get the order right?
If I had known they have boba. I would have just buy it here

I just went to this location and ordered a small white mocha hot chocolate. It took the team awhile to make the drink as I watched them struggle with their equipment and then switch out lids on my cup to find one that fit. When the employee finally gave me my drink he handed me two cups, one with hot chocolate dripping down the sides and said, “you get two drinks”. I took the drinks and drove away. As I attempted to sip the first one the lid fell off and hot chocolate went ALL over me and my vehicle (the lid was not on the drink at all only sitting on top of the cup). The second drink had the SAME lid issue. I poured it into a mug when I got home and chunks of what I’m hoping is chocolate came out of the cup.It was a watery mess that tasted like flavored chocolate water and not mixed properly. I ended up tossing it. Just a mess overall. I don’t recommend this DD location.
This store makes their donuts fresh, brews plenty of fresh coffee, and customer service is good and friendly (The restroom is clean too). The drive thru is busy well through the afternoon but moves quickly. My one real complaint is that they run out of seasonal/special items way too early. Can they not request a larger order? I just want a pumpkin muffin at/after 10 am, is that too much to ask?
So tired of receiving poor customer service from evening shift changing random closing hours without leaving anything at the drive-thru while staff is still inside pretending like you don't exist while you're just trying to tell them that it would have been nice to not have to sit in the Drive-Thru and wait for someone not to answer you when three employees have headsets on inside. Not the first time I've had this issue with them with their changing hours constantly

A this location you can only use the drive thru. Inside access has been closed. The food was good but inconvenient because of the long line at the drive thru which does have great traffic flow pattern.
