This is it!!! Stop looking, and go here! These donuts are perfect! Thick in size but light and fluffy. I don't know know how they do it but I find myself a once a week stop for me! I might just go get some more right now.
Nice addition to Fort Mill! The store is clean and bright. You can watch as the employees (mostly teens) prepare your order. Each donut is $2.15 and the price goes down by the 1/2 dozen.
Very friendly staff. Donuts are delicious. Line moves very fast and wonderful staff answering questions while you wait. Brooke at the register was super helpful! Will definitely go back again!!!!
I am excited Duck Donuts has opened in the Tega Cay area! The food is delicious and fresh. Donuts are light and fluffy. Made with care. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and process streamlined. The only thing is this place is so popular chances are you will see a line. Don't worry the line moves pretty quickly.
I'm a fan of Duck Donuts, as I have tried other locations. I was excited to see one coming to Ft. Mill. Well my 1st experience was less than satisfactory. I was at the door at 5:50 pm on 1/27 & the door was locked. I pulled the door & yes very locked but the internet hours say store is open. I can see staff in store & staff can see me, but no movement to address me or even a mouthing or hand signs "saying sorry we're closed". I sat to sulk a bit and watched other people come behind me BUT, they were greeted. They were not let in but obviously communicated with. I found this disturbing because no one came to the door for me and I was there just moments b4 the guest that were greeted. I hope this is isolated & not a example of the customer service to be rendered at this location.
Although the donuts are delicious, being able to get some will require great patience and a lot of time. Don't go here if you're looking to grab a quick donut, coffee, it breakfast sandwich. You'll need at least 20-30 minutes to at least have the chance of being served. This is based on my 3 experiences from their first week being open. I get that it takes time to anticipate rhythms, so I really hope that they turn it around soon.1.) I can echo the other comments that say that their hours on Google maps does not reflect what is actually happening. If you are planning to come near the end of the day, just make sure that you call in advance to see if they are still open.2.) I just went in at 704 a.m. to try to buy donuts and coffee for our family, 4 min after they opened and they already had a line to the door. At about 7:10 they finished bringing the remaining ingredients from the back of the room to the front of house. I could be wrong, but it appeared that they were not ready with all the ingredients and supplies by the time that they opened at 7:00 a.m. At 7:14 a.m., the first batch of donuts finished in the fryer for them to begin making the four plus orders that were already in at this point.I had to walk out. Not enough time to stick around while the 4 plus people ahead of me waited to order,. I do hope they get better at being 100% ready before open at 7:00 .m. for people who are trying to come in quickly before going to work.Based on the one time I was able to actually get a donut, I plan to give it another chance in a few weeks after they have had some time to adjust.Good luck team.
I’m am so excited to have Duck Donuts in our neighborhood! This is my fist time going and these are hands down the most delicious donuts I’ve ever had, the whole family agreed!! Great customer service as well. We will be back!!
Wow! Excellent donuts! Thank you for coming to our community. Staff did great handling the influx of customers. They were helpful in helping me navigate the menu and the donuts were light and fluffy. Great job with your soft opening and learning the ropes.
We love Duck Donuts. Line was long but it moved along well and the staff did a great job. Well staffed and friendly. Donuts were worth the wait. Happy to have them in Fort Mill
Super excited that I got in to Duck during the soft opening. Neither larger donut chains in the area can compare. Selection is tremendous. Very little foot traffic as the grand opening is still 2 days away. They didn't have a couple menu items yet, but that wasn't enough to take a star away as the donuts (including a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a plain donut) were awesome! They make your donuts upon ordering, so don't expect to walk in and right back out in 2 minutes like the big chains. These donuts are worth the wait.
