I am not real sure what the appeal to this place is but it seems very popular. My kids were excited to eat here as well.... 15yr. Old and two 11yr. Olds.Service going in is a order at front type of place and they give a number and bring out food. Front clerk was friendly so 1 star given but she didn't enter in my daughters sundae correctly minus the star. Really i gave 2 stars for cleanliness and friendliness. Minus 3 stars for greasy, unhealthy, tasteless food especially for the prices...Our total bill was $67. We could have went to apple bees and ate for same money. Not at all impressed and will not go back!

What good food at Culvers! And the person who took our order was very pleasant and made sure we got the discount we were able to get without our asking for it. Besides that she took our order and told us how we could save money on our order. We chose to eat outside on a beauty of a day and they even brought our food outside to us. That guy was very nice also.Great food and service at a good price. Wonderful!

Me encanto entrada rápida bien cervicio

Don’t go here if you value your hard earned money!!Thee absolutely worst Culver’s I have ever been to. I have been to many different locations in different cities and states, ordering the same few items. This one takes the cake for bad customer service. I did not feel like a guest the two times I visited.Instead of saying they have no employees who know how to make a root beer shake, they gave me a watery shake filled with soda. They gave me an old fashioned soda. TWICE!The drive thru cashier gave me an attitude from the second I asked for a root beer shake. Her response to my order was “We can’t make that”, and because I said that surely someone inside knows how to make one, her and I sat there in silence. She couldn’t even finish taking my order because she was clearly irritated and didn’t care about the standards of the company she works for. This girl gave me the milky soda and when I handed it back she gave me nothing else but attitude and then walked away. Her manager then explained to me that they no longer make old fashioned sodas. Let’s not forget that I ordered a shake and not an old fashioned soda. He said that they don’t have the equipment to make one. I explained to him how to make one and I also explained that special equipment is not needed because it’s not an old fashioned soda.I realized that I was getting nowhere because nobody was listening to understand. They were just listening for me to stop talking so they could respond. They didn’t want to help and they didn’t want to make it right. So I settled for a soda instead of the shake. The manager was nice to me but failed to listen. After receiving my order I realized that I forgot honey mustard so after causing a scene that I regret because it won’t change anything, I had to walk inside to get some. The second I opened the door near the soda machine, I could hear the cashier talking about me loudly. Loud enough to hear over by the soda machine. I approached the counter to see her and a coworker just leaning against the custard area carrying on conversation about what happened. Meanwhile the manager was close enough to see and hear what was going on.Culver’s isn’t that expensive but it’s more expensive than most fast food chains so I don’t get to eat here often and it’s literally my favorite fast food(Fast Casual). So forgive me for having higher standards, but I’m not only paying for the food, I’m also paying for the experience.I can never eat here again now that I’m the crazy lady who was difficult in the drive thru because of a bad employee who doesn’t understand the importance of customer service.

Best service. Best burgers. Best ice cream. Best fast food. That's it

As much as I was anticipating a good experience, we didn't get one. The drive thru can be a little crazy at night, but we never received a receipt with our food which took a longer so we had to pull forward and to the side as did other cars. Our bag was missing a couple of things, and the food that was received, it didn't seem worth almost $40. The sandwich patty of meat seems small, but the cod platter was good portion, however we were missing one piece as we paid for a 3 piece and only received 2.Overall, this experience isn't worth anything beyond 2 stars.... the staff is very friendly, especially the gentleman handing you the food to your car.

That place was good, wish we had them in Lexington, SC. The burger was super greasy. I know this sounds like a negative but this is a rare case where the grease actually enhanced the burger drastically, really adding to the flavor. I didn't try the fries because I'm not the biggest fan of crinkle cut, but I did try the custard. Thicker than Nicki Minaj, only this is all real. Well, as real as food gets these days at burger joint. It was a perfect blend of cherry and chocolate with delectable brownie pieces in the mix.Anyways, please open one up closer to me.

Best place ever! When I lived in Wisconsin I was in love. Now that it moved back to the Carolinas I'm in trouble.

Always fresh, Culver's never disappoints.

I’ve had good experiences here overall but the last few times I’ve ordered my concrete mixer it has been incorrectly delivered twice and the amount going into the mixer is not consistent. See below, the “regular “ I ordered is not full. Would love to hear from a manager to rectify this issue.
