My experience was amazing! The two young ladies in there were energetic and super sweet, never felt more welcomed in an ice cream shop! Had an amazing experience and will definitely be back! I should’ve gotten their names but I came in around 4:00 2/9/22. Those girls need a raise!
Where do I start? I have been meaning to write this review for a very long time now, I never got around to it. I want to speak on one person in the entire store, and one person only. I have been coming to Cold Stone over the past month or so every Wednesday/Thursday around 1/2:00pm. I work nearby at a medical center and often get ice cream for my co-workers and I. There is always one young lady that works there, her name is Emely. Number 1, beautiful spelling of a name. Number 2, her service is simply UNMATCHED. I have seen this young lady take multiple customers at once, deal with online orders at the same time AND ring customers up all while keep a bright smile on her face. She is the sweetest/most efficient member of Cold Stone I have ever encountered, and exceeds my expectations every single time. I mean, wow. Also, she has our orders memorized! She never stops surprising me with her customer service, and I have NEVER been more happy with hers alone. I was shocked to hear she was only a supervisor, with that service you definitely expect Manager/Assistant Manager AT BEST! Keep her around, because I will definitely keep returning, thanks to Emely.
I love getting the milkshakes here. The milk and oreo milkshake brings tears to my eyes its so exquisite. If I drink it too fast I get diarrhea though, but its okay, its always worth it. No regrets on cold stone creamery.
My son's birthday cake was harry potter theme Mcalea made such a great job and the staff are always friendly
Ordered a cake today for my husband's birthday, it was delicious. Definitely will be getting another in the future.
I have been here multiple times now and I always enjoy it. The workers are kind and the atmosphere is nice. They have a good, clean outside seating area that does get crowded but is pleasant if you can find a spot. Of course the ice cream is always delicious. Will definitely come back.

Terrible. I went today with my kids, we got one of those combined ice creams and the girl who mixed they did a terrible job. She didn’t take the time to mix well the ingredients so we ended up with a huge piece if peanut butter in it (pic attached), she also poured the ice cream in a way that was all a mess outside the cup and she did not offer to wipe it, she told me where the napkins were at the same time that the other girl was peer pressuring for me to pay. 3 medium cups for $20. It would be worth it if it was well done. I suggest instead The Peach Stand, always great.
