Another amazing visit!! My burrito was wrapped so well. A huge sports team came in at like 9:30 and they got them out the door so quickly! Very good team, and great energy. Everyone had a smile on their faces. Dont let the rating fool you.

Been to this location 2x now. First time they were out of veggies and salad dressing. Tonight tried again doing online. All 4 of our orders lacking in portion size. Again no veggies. Daughter wanted brown rice, got white rice. All 4 of our orders had crunchy hard rice so rice was under cooked. Chicken was fatty. Very underwhelming to say the least. TERRIBLE.

I hope one day they get their business in order. After our initial pickup order resulted in my burrito bowl order being ice cold hot sauce soup and my other family bowls were ice cold as well, we decided to give it another shot today. The food was actually warm this time however I didn't appreciate 6 tiny pieces of steak in my burrito bowl. There were also other misses throughout where we did not receive our food the way we ordered. If the owner is reading this...fix this soon or your business will remain empty as witnessed today at prime time. When looking at the re iews it all started making sense and I felt compelled to share.

I have never been to a worse chipotle, honestly. The place is disgusting, food and trash everywhere. The staff is rude, they’ll see you standing there waiting to order and continue to talk amongst each other and eventually make it over to you. The older lady always at the register got upset because I was using a gift card and “that was more complicated”And then IF they have the ingredients you want, you’re lucky to barely get any, they give the absolute smallest portions imaginable & If they’re almost out of something? Don’t worry heres what we can scrape out of the very bottom….. instead of just going to get more.& good luck if you’re wanting to dine in. Every table & chair in the place is disgusting.The one thing I can say is, they’re consistent, they’ve been like this every single time I’ve went and I’ve been a handful of times to give them a fair chance.

I am leaving one star because I can't leave any less. I waited for an hour for my scheduled picked up time of 7pm. The place was dirty, and unorganized. They had the same person making orders for the digital pick ups making the online pick ups and the walking in. Mean while 3 people in the back could have came and helped this poor kid. As expected my food as not made correctly and was missing things, my quesadillas and next to no cheese and were burnt.A complete disaster. When I asked to cancel my order, they couldn't refund me my money due to no manager on-site so I would lose my money. One hour waiting for food thats wasn't even made correctly.

Despite some lower reviews. I decided to go and still take my chances. The place was packed as expected. We ordered at the counter for take out. Overall was good experience and had all the items even this place has some low reviews here stating that they ran out of things. The only thing I would mildly point is that they still gave me normal amount of beans even when I requested for light on beans. 4/5 stars as there is always room for improvement. Will come back here.

I really wish I had better things to say, however, this was my third visit since they opened & each time it somehow got worse. I planned my evening so that I had plenty of time to get my order due to the last two trips taking more time than originally expected. Despite this, it still took 45 minutes before I even made it up to the counter to order. One of the workers mistook my order and made the incorrect size - I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause more work for them. During my check-out at the register, I asked about getting the items that come with the kids meal & was informed that because the worker made a mistake they would either have to charge me an extra $3 for the meal or throw away the already prepared meal & start over. The people ahead and behind me said something about how it was ridiculous to throw away perfectly good food & waste more time to make it again, so the cashier quietly put my food back into the bag - then he went to the back to complain about me and my order BEFORE finally checking me out. I know that everywhere is short-staffed & honestly that’s fine. It is what it is, I truly tried to plan accordingly - but it was the rude attitude and abysmal service that truly killed it for me. I’m completely fine with longer wait times, but kindness does NOT take much. I worked in the service industry for years & just cannot believe how any place can run this poorly. At this point, chipotle should clear its staff and wait till they can hire better people (at a strong hourly rate) to reopen.

I went to this location twice the week before Christmas and got the worst service both times. The first one was an online order that took them an extra 35min than they said it would. Not to mention I pulled up to the window and it took them about 10 Minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. Later that week I went again and actually ordered inside. The young white girl with short brown hair who made my burrito bowl was extremely rude and not accommodating at all. They were out of almost every ingredient and never once did she say that they can make anything. Mind you they were still 45 minutes till they closed. They didn’t even have enough protein and she gave me about six pieces of chicken. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Chipotle. when I tried to call and speak to somebody about it the number that they have online isn’t valid and won’t ring at all. This location was dirty and overrun by kids who don’t seem to want to work. It was a very disappointing experience. I filled out their survey and have yet to get a response about this horrible experience from their customer service team or store manager.

literally the worst chipotle experience ever. the rice was plain and not even seasoned (cilantro? lime? salt? nope. just over cooked white mush!), chicken was all fat and chewy, and our burritos were SO ridiculously small it was laughable. sons burrito bowl had maybe a 1/2 scoop of rice, 3 pieces of chicken, and a half POUND of shredded cheese to cover the fact that there was no REAL food underneath. Oh and the chips? Chewy and stale, probably from yesterday. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. This was our THIRD attempt, and I highly regret it.

I was so excited when Chipotle came to this location. All 3 experiences have been poor. The inside experience was extremely slow, staff seemed untrained and under supervised. The preparers were very slow. The next visit was a mobile order and I waited an additional 35 minutes for my order. Finally, the 3rd try was an online pick up order to be ready at 6:30pm, and it was still not ready at 7:07pm when I canceled it. Awfully disappointed. It seems like nobody is running the place and employees are sadly floundering. What a horrible experience for both the employees and customers.
