Went on a field trip with 13 years olds. Went in to grab lunch and one student didn’t have enough money on her prepaid card. The guy behind the register asked her why did she come in if she didn’t have money to pay. I paid for her meal but she was super embarrassed and that was uncalled for. It was a kid! Chick-fil-A is supposed to be top rated customer service. Do better chickafila.

This Chick Fil A was was so bad it could be open on Sunday and it not count. Steak house prices burger king quality. Soggy oily sandwich, cold fries, no unsweet or sweet tea. One adult and one kid was $45. Like I get that Carowinds is about price gouging, but chick fila shouldn't be this bas. It's better if you grub hub and pick it up in the parking lot from a real chick FIL A.
(at Carowinds) Some employees serving food were not wearing their masks and many customers also not wearing masks even while waiting in line, despite sign on door saying masks were required. Food was good but much more expensive than regular Chick-fil-A (of course)
Food was way overpriced, $64 and all we ordered was 4 sandwiches, 4 fries and a drink and the staff were definitely not Chick-fil-A material. Absolute worst experience we’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Will not be eating at that particular location ever again.
Everything is ordered separately. Almost $9 for just a sandwich, that was a bit soggy. I'd recommend eating before going to the park.. Food here was way over priced but I guess you just expect that at an amusement park.
Be ready for Theam Park prices and menu! This is not your neighborhood Chick-fil-A! I watch so many people freak out with surprise when they are told the total, see the cup size, and find out no free refills. Your options are standard chicken sandwich or 8 ct nuggets, fries, limited drink options, that's it. The food taste the same as other Chick-fil-As and they do accept the Carowinds meal plan which is how my family eats there.
Not a good Chick-fil-A, the worse I've ever been to... Food was no way near up to par! No crisp to the chicken, way too greasy.Very limited selection!Of course this is at an Amusement park so prices are expected to be way much higher, but they have no meal deal, you must order each part, the Sandwich, Fries and Drink separately. $8+ sandwich/nuggets, $5 fries. Drinks are $4.89 for med and $5.09 for large.
