First off. Love Chic-fil-A and what they are about. However, either you go by peoples names or do the little silly number thing. Pick one! I kindly instructed the young man that took my order to remove it from my windshield after he just stuck it up there. Without asking. Then said I “ could just hold it”. Yeah that didn’t work either. So I proceeded on the the delivery point and got my order with no issue at all. Moral of the story: you best ask before putting your hands or anything on someone’s vehicle. Period.
Other than me being a little confused with the express line directions and re-orientation of the traffic flow - food and service was great. Even though very busy, they have nailed the traffic flow. I am thinking-maybe there is a future in Traffic Engineering School as side hustle for CFA. I mean Disney (Disney Way Management/Team Builder Programs) and many other corporations have a side gig. So much friendly staff, mostly senior staff. Very comfortable. Love this place! Yes, food is good of course.
Food and service perfect as usual but location made in and out super difficult. Took over an hour to get off the interstate, get the food and get back on. Awkward location. Or maybe it was just the time of day.
So, we always love to grab a little Chick-fil-A on the go. But, lately I have been questioning what constitutes a nugget from a size standpoint, as you can see in the picture of the 30 piece nuggets, some nuggets are a normal size and some you question as to if they even have chicken in them as they are so small - i.e. smaller than a pinky nail on your hand? Seems like when you are paying a premium you should get what you paid for at a minimum. Maybe even more for such a high dollar order.
Love this location because the staff is always so welcoming and it's always so helpful. I had a van full of kids the other day and wasn't ready to order when I pulled up. The person taking my order was so patient and even engaged with my kids, making the entire experience so much call Mer. The food here is always incredible, and I'm so appreciative of the welcoming atmosphere. Thank you guys for hiring quality people and creating such an atmosphere that we love coming to.
I love the spicy chicken sandwich and Waffle Fries. If the bun didn't fall apart I would have given it a Fast Food Five Star.
Dining room closed I really need to hit the restroom and get lunch. But the staff wouldn't allow entry. I took my business elsewhere and won't be back. If I can't go the bathroom and wash my hands I am not going to eat there.
Not going to lie. Used to be better a few months ago but this location has a constant reputation of incorrect orders. I would never expect this from Chic-Fil-A
We placed a mobile order and picked up curbside. Our order was incorrect. When I called back they were very apologetic and offered to make it right. The food we received was good. The folks working there were very friendly. Great culture.
