Had dinner with friends last night our once in a blue moon dinner outing together. I ordered the ribeye steak medium rare with steamed vegetables, and mashed potatoes. I received full rack of ribs, fries and cole slaw. Server admitted to her mistake and put in my correct order. As everyone at the table enjoyed they're meals my order comes but the different server who brought the order says "who got well-done steak!" The entire table laughs as I did Not want a well-done steak. I left my poor steak untouched at the table. Left an $8 tip for the inexperienced server in hopes that she could learn and grow as she navigates life in the service industry. This place had so many staff on hand, having a good time and the atmosphere was lively. Could've happened to anyone but last night it was me. RIP Ribeye see you at the crossroads!

Food was good but Tammy gave horrible customer service and we had to get up multiple times to ask someone for her to return and check on us. Made us late for getting back to work because I assume she was outback smoking, you could smell very strong cigarette smoke on her breath the 4 times we saw her. Shame service was so awful, it’s very nice area and a nice facility. It has the potential to be great, but service like this is not going to get them there… I’d go somewhere else if I were you.

Dinner outside was awesome. Nice area with hotel, restaurant and residential. Walking to the small pond afterward. We had a great meal. Everyone finished all foods.

Took almost an hour for appetizers to come. They didn't have what my fella ordered for dinner so he had to order something else that was more expensive, and when the meal came (nearly another hour for that), my food was completely wrong and had to be sent back. 30 minutes for that. We got apologies for the slow kitchen, but not much for the screw up or the not having food. (If you're out of food fine, just tell people before they order. Better! Put it on a sign in the front of the restaurant! Sometimes the only reason I go somewhere is for something specific, I don't want to sit and get drinks and order and THEN be told and have to leave??) Three hours spent here, didn't get what we wanted, my order was massively wrong... no discount at all. ??Edit: Great generic response you give to everyone, real encouraging. ◔_◔...And then you SEE it, and give another one just the same. So, like, you're not even reading the bad reviews are you. -_-

I came here for a large party and we had a great time. The service staff was mostly efficient, but they were forgetful of some of our drink orders. But it is understandable with the size of our group. The restaurant was fine, and the outdoor section was also nice. The ribs were also delicious. They were cooked to the perfect point to where they are almost fall off the bone. All in all it was a great time.

Tried it out for the first time and it wasn't too bad. At least for me there weren't many options that called my attention, but at least my daughter enjoyed her tacos and my wife her chicken. They don't have many options on non alcoholic drinks besides sodas. Overall maybe it wasn't a great place for us but I'm sure that it would be a great spot for others.

Great atmosphere and great service with a smile ?

Tried out Carolina Ale House. The food was delicious! I got the ribeye steak with loaded mashed potatoes and a Cesar side salad. The steak was very juicy and tender. The service from our waitress Kim was really good, she was very attentive. Only thing is it took over an hour for our food the be ready. It was a long wait and we were starving. We did get an appetizer; the loaded fries. They were very good. After our appetizer we still waited about 45 minutes for our food to come out. They weren't too crowded when we first arrived but as we were sitting at our table more people came in and the crowd started to pick up.My teenage son got the chicken tenders tossed in BBQ with a side of French fries. He said they were very delicious. Over all the food was superb the only downfall was the long wait for our food to be brought to out table.

BEWARE: I was @ the Carolina Ale House Friday evening having dinner. My cell phone came detached from my clip and when I returned home I realized I did not have my cell phone . I did find my I Phone, it was @ Carolina Ale House. I called them the next day @ 10:30am spoke to one of the managers, he said he did not find the phone, would ask around and let me know. I advised him I did not have a number to receive a call back. I then showed up because I knew my phone was left there. When I entered I told one of the employees I lost my phone there and she said I found your phone, let me finish with this customer and go to the office to get your phone. She then returned and advised me someone from the back would bring out my phone. I waited and waited nothing. I inquired with her again and she, said she would go ask again, she never did, she kept helping and serving. I walked to the back a manager came out introduced herself to me and advised me one of the employees had my phone and I had to wait until 5:00 when that employee returned to work. Really!!! 5:00 came 6:00 came that employee's said she placed in the office. She did not place in the office because I was able to track my I Phone in Rock Hill. When I advised the manager of this, he said call the Police like you said you was going to do earlier. No accountability, I reported to the Police to handle after many attempts to rectify. The food was not even worth losing my cell phone over. This place enforces no accountability whatsoever. Residents of Kingsley BEWARE if an employee removed my cell phone from Carolina Ale House, nothing will stop them from entering into your living space!!!!!

Everything was awesome. The wife and I really enjoyed ourselves.
