I had a last minute choice for something eat before heading home for Carowinds. I decided on pizza and I wanted to find something nearby. I googled this place and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere when I first walked in was lively and fun. I ordered their house recipe Cannon Ball Pizza which has blackened chicken breast as part of the topping, and an order of Garlic Parm wings. Upon receiving the pizza and wings I was very happy with the look of the pizza and wings. The flavor and texture of everything is amazing! Perfect pizza joint! Definitely try it if your thinking of a place for a good pie.
So Carmelo canceled my order due to not having pasta. I didn't get any phone call any email drove 20 minutes to pick up my food to tell me they don't have it. They took the money out of my card and don't have any way 2 credit my card back the $40 they took. Then I asked them if I can order food right now minus the pasta and I was told no. There's nothing they can do for me. A whole lot of no's and can't help you's really puts a bad taste in your mouth. Horrible customer service the manager Janine that was working seemed to enjoy telling me no .
The best and I mean the best Carmellas out of all of them. The young lady who ran the booth section away from the bar today was absolutely WONDERFUL. The young lady had great customer service followed every detail and made sure we was good... The food was also fast and super tasting as well not to mention the drinks were definitely amazing as well thanks to the bartender ? Way to go team we've finally found our to go to spot for great customer service,food and banging strong drinks indeed ????
I drove 10miles to Carmello’s South Tryon Location for a large Antipasto salad an pizza last night…. Returned home to find a dead fly in my salad…. Called them only to have my concerned shrugged off by the worker answering the call (not to mention the cooks/servers had their phones in hand while working and serving food while i was there run ur cameras around 8:58-9pm near the pizza stove) as if it was ok and no manager was available except tge bar manager who refused to take the call i was told to send a pic if my food i did…. I was told “ all u can doIs bring it tomorrow we closing” now this is no way u speak to a customer whom has just consumed food that’s possibly invested with bugs!! I contacted the fort mill location spoke with the bar tender who listened & apologized!!!!!!! Told me she would leave her manager a message and send Jim the owner a message as well… here it is the next day & I haven’t heard from anyone!!!! Ive called all 3 locations and NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK WITH ME!!Ill take my fly invested salad to the health department !! Here i am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and fix the issue & no one gives a dam!!Neither should i !!!
Website says they open at 10:00 but they don't open until 10:30. They were kind enough to let me wait inside and read my book. Love their baked spaghetti and stromboli. I change my stromboli up and get it with ham, mushrooms and onions with ranch for dipping. It sounds crazy but is delicious. Pizza is good too.
I've been coming to Carmella for years. Idk what's going on but the service tonight was terrible. I placed an order to go tonight at 8pm. Literally two plain slices and fries. At 8:17 I'm looking around wondering what's going on. This is taking a very long time. The guy who took my order says sorry they are waiting on the slices. Meanwhile there were two plain slice sitting out that got thrown away while he was away from the register. I told him and he said they weren't mine which was weird because no one could figure out who they were for. So then he tells me they are waiting for the fries at 8:22 and gives me my two slices. Then at 8:27 he comes out with my whole order when I already have the two slices. So he takes the first box he gave me with the two slices back. I said I already put crushed pepper on them. So then he takes the new box back. Why not just give me both since you kept screwing up the order and it took 30 mins to get two slices and fries. ridiculous! Terrible customer service. Definitely over this place.
Working in the area about 2 months before I stopped in. Good move. Laid back atmosphere in the bar area and a nice family style pizzeria as well. Met a few guys from work there a few days later. Both experiences were 5 stars in all categories. I’ll be back.

Amazing service and delicious pizza! First time customer last week and though it was a busy Friday night, a manager came over to say hello, check on everything and thank us for our patronage. Great local hangout where everyone knows your name.
I ordered from Carmella’s this weekend . I ordered my wings extra crispy and normally they be just right. This weekend I could barely bite into the wings , they were hard as rocks. The few soft wings I did eat had a good flavor to them.
