This place needs to hire more staff. Every time we want to come, there's a line going out of the parking lot and a wait of 30+ minutes. It is not the staff's fault. They are working as hard as they can and everybody there is so pleasant and kind. I would give 5 stars for the staff alone.However, this place is incredibly understaffed. There's a sign that they are hiring starting at $11 or $9 for high school students.. Something crazy like that. Who in their right mind would apply for that? Raise wages to be competitive, hire a few more employees, pay fairly, and get a better customer and line flow. I would be way more willing to come more often if I didn't have to wait so long every time.

Clearly customer service jobs aren't for everyone. Tonight I was on the phone with my son giving him my order when I kept hearing the rude girl kept rushing him to give my order. I ask him was he holding up the line or something but he was the only person in line. As a manager in customer service if one of my agents would have been rude like this I would have asked them to clock out and go home because they would have been fired, clearly this young lady had better things to do than to be working tonight and if that were the case she should have called out. Customer service is something I take very seriously and if you don't wanna do your job you should not have applied for the position, or you should have taken a sick day.

I haven't ever really had a good experience at this Burger King - either the orders wrong or it just takes an incredibly long time to get served in the drive-thru. But I really do like Burger King's food so I continue to keep trying it.Today I stopped in at 10 minutes to noon, The drive-thru line was fairly long so I tried to go inside. There are signs on the door about mask wearing and nothing given an indication that they were closed in the dining room...But the door was locked. So maybe I missed something or what, but it was obviously not clear, other than the lock door, that the dining room wasn't open.This location is definitely not worth via parent effort it takes to get a good experience.

I ordered two egg and cheese croissants 2/22/2022 at around 9:15am. The bread was old and hard. One of the croissant's egg was blue in color. Appeared to be old. I threw both croissants away. This location is serving old tainted food. I will not visit this location anytime soon.

SLOWEST fast food place in Fort Mill. Which is a shame bc I like BK. No sarcasm involved...if there is more than one car in front of you, you're in for a 10-15 minute wait. More than a few cars, then forget it. ?

Lobby was closed only drive thru available and no sign posting lobby is closed. You find out after trying to open the door. Food was okay not great. Window service was very good.

What is up with you guys? Only having one to two people everyday. Also, you've got to make sure not the person who is in line for the drive-thru is actually ordering. Yesterday a ken was on his phone ? ????

Fresh and good but incredibly slow. Line was so long, I ordered through the app.

It was the first time after 2 decades eating at Burger King again. I must divide my * .... 3 * for the food (yes i know its without preservation stuff but stiil)5* for service, kind personal. Eating there was just a must had no other choice - sorry guys fast food is not for me
