DONT GO HERE!!! Theres 2 lady's that work in the window and they are the worst and rude people I have ever encountered. I have gone 3 times in the past 2 weeks and each time they were on the phone and made me wait because they were in a conversation. The fries never have salt, THERE WAS HAIR ON MY FOOD, and they tried to charge me 27 cents per sauce!!!! This is ridiculous, and has lost my business forever!
I love burger king but the last time I went to this location a rude employee asked me to wait at the drive through so he could order food for himself.This person then sneezed on my wife's milkshake and proceeded to give it to her. He ignored his boss's instructions to wash his hands.We reported this incident to corporate and I believe it was a one off thing. This location has never been my favorite in the area however. I will update my review if I ever return.
The girl in drive thru was incredibly rude. If you don't like your job find a new one! You don't greet people in drive thru with "yeah whats your order" who trained you. You should never EVER work in customer service. Then I ask at window if it was to late to switch to onion rings she rolled her eyes and handed me bag...PLEASE find people that actually have home training...
What a AWFUL treatment to the customer ! The lady on the drive thru (long braids hair) I place 2 orders, and the lady since I got there she had that ATTITUDE ! She never gave 2 drinks that I was missing, she messed up and gave me one wrong even when I was telling her what was missing she close the window in my face 2 TIMES saying “no more comments about this order have a good day” what kind of people work there ? Lady if you don’t like you work so do t come to work! I don’t have to deal with you BAD ATTITUDE ! I will never come back to this store where customer are not treated as they should be! I wasn’t asking nothing free! Everything was paid! This lady should be trained or fire! What a bad image for the store ! I wish I could put -starts
Customer Service HorribleJUST left this BK .The young lady at the drive through, horrible attitude. If just making sure the young lady heard I wanted the burger well done and I am being polite as I always am makes you huff,cancel my order i'm good ,I will go down the street the Culvers. The young lady already had a snippy attitude.Never ever again will I go the this Burger King. Went down the street to Culvers A + CUSTOMER SERVICE.

NEVER in my entire life had I had such a TERRIBLE customer service, EVER. The most pathetic human skills displayed on all it’s glory. Employ refused to listen and talk over, in her head she was assuming, or should I say FORCE me to order what SHE wanted, to the point she literally told me what I wanted was not available at this location (not true it IS). I will not only not go back to this location, but also will inform every single Fort Mill neighbor, it’s not always about the hamburger and fries….. HOW you train your employees and allow them to represent your business IS IMPORTANT

Worst experience. Rude at the drive thru tries to rush you and when you get to the window you aren’t greeted and they slams the window in your face. Don’t tell you your total or anything just stands there looking at you and waiting for your payment method. Doesn’t even ask what kind of sauce you want for your nuggets or ask what drink you want
