The staff (a new girl named "Amanda" was so nice and helpful)!!! The Ice Cream was delicious!!!!! All the employees were hardworking, organized and harmonious!!! They were very efficient and took your order and got it ready and to you very quickly (the entire wait time, even as busy as it was, was quick)!!! So, it was an excellent experience??? Thoroughly enjoyed it!!!!

Drive thru and walk up. Long lines that moved quickly! I got key lime pie and Carmel macchiato- both were delicious and smooth. Outstanding ice cream!!
Bruster's makes the best ice cream!!! They periodically changes flavors and there's always something new to try.They make sundaes in homemade waffle cones and they are always fresh and crunchy. Their Banana Splits are huge and they put a pretzel rod in for a different type of garnish. Give them a try next time you want something tasty and yummy!!! $

The customer service was very pleasant. The vegan icecream lack variety. However, it was a nice pick me up on a warm day.

This place is the best in Fort Mill for real ice creams but I felt that the person at the counter today was a bit unpleasant (Not sure if it’s because I just ordered a Small size or if it’s something else). Otherwise usually their staff (mostly young lads) were always great!
Real ice cream. Lots of flavors. Huge cones. Huge lines in the summer. Definitely one of the best places for ice cream on the strip.
I've been a supporter of this location but I was disappointed tonight. Due to the rise of Covid during the holidays you would expect that staff would take precaution and wear a mask. Not one staff member had on a mask tonight. Believe it or not we are still in a Pandemic and people are still testing positive and some dying. ticket 51333755 Sales: Michelle. It wasn't until after I paid that I noticed the scoopers did not have on masks. Wasted my money and had to throw it out, but I'd rather be safe then sorry when it comes to my grandkids!
They have really great Ice cream and the wait time is not bad. My dog loves his pup cup especially on his birthday!
