My husband and I are both vegan and live in England and were looking for a place to meet up with friends during our recent trip to the USA. We chose this place after seeing good reviews and because they offered plenty of vegan options. Their pizza bases are already vegan, and they will substitute vegan cheese on any of their pizzas. We were pleasantly surprised at how creative and different their pizza offerings were. We shared the Wild Mushroom pizza which had wood-roasted shiitake, portobello & button mushrooms with arugula and vegan cheese. We also shared a starter dish of olives and almonds. It was all delicious. The venue itself was very clean, open and spacious, and our server was terrifc. Would highly recommend, especially if you're a vegan looking for some different pizza offerings!
We really enjoyed the food here! We got the Caesar salad, roasted chicken wings, and the Chicken Florentine pizza.Everything was delicious. I wish I had more to say, but honestly it was just really good. The Caesar salad was dressed perfectly, the Jerk rub on the wings was smackin', and the pizza was good all around. The crust and the sauce was really tasty.Recommended!
After a long drive in heavy traffic and delays due to accidents, we arrived to Fort Mill later than planned, hungry and tired. A quick check into our hotel suite and a place to get a simple dinner. The Brixx wood-fired pizza was just the place. We ordered the house wings and the 4X4 pizza and 2 cold beers. We found the food, the service, the location and the prices acceptable. Since we live in an area where wood-fired pizza and wood-fired wings are not abundantly offered, we found our meal quite delicious.
14 Months ago we discovered the Brixx in Fort Mill and started going there. Initially the food was good (we have ordered the same pizza 15 times). The last few times it has not been so good. The pizza comes out burnt or the pizza was undercooked and had raw dough or the toppings are just thrown on there. It is sad that I drive 30 minutes each way in hopes the pizza will be what we grew to love only to be disappointed. On 1/14/22 @ 9:09pm we decided we had enough. Our server, Matthew, was incompetent and had no clue how to take an order or communicate with customers. Instead he brought us two burnt pizzas ignoring our requests for them not to be charred/burned. We had to request another beverage since he was not attentive and then he made us wait to bring the parmesan while our second pizzas were getting cold. I just checked my CC statements and although we have had gift cards, paid with cash several times and the wife bought me pizza a few times, I have still spent $476+ here in 12 months. My wife and I have both agreed our "urge" to go to Brixx has diminished the past 4-5 months and is now empty. Good bye Brixx!
It just sucks that every time I try to order pasta, they’re not serving it. Literally the only thing I eat there. During the week it’s a hour before close they stop serving pasta.Tried to call before that on the weekend it’s 2 hours before closing. I just want some pasta ?
I ordered a $15 pasta meal for takeout around 9:44pm picked up a few minutes after 10pm on 12-14-2021. Not only did I receive the wrong meal (was suppose to be blackened chicken mushrooms, bacon, and angel hair pasta) I received a meal with no pasta.
Delicious pizzas, good customer service, family friendly atmosphere, great drinks, clean. Plenty of choices for vegans including vegan cheese pizza.
I love the pizza!
Stopped into the Kingsley Brixx while we were in town. We had Lincoln as our waiter. The food and service was excellent. Lincoln recommended menu items based on interest and dietary considerations and was a perfect level of of attentiveness. Our drinks always stayed full and he made sure we were comfortable at our outside table. All of our food was delicious, we all got something different and shared and everything was good. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
Went for lunch and my son was served the fruit cup (grape and pineapple only). There was mold on the grape which I get it, fruit molds. I asked for the manager to let them know there was mold. He came to the table and says, “I don’t see it, but if you say so…” (while holding the moldy grape). I will not eat there again if they are ok feeding mold to kids and don’t care to correct the mistake.
