8:44 pm~ I wanted a ham biscuit but they were out of ham. Ordered a kids meal instead. Out of sweet tea. Out of macaroni. Aggravated. I ended up getting a Mt Dew drink mixed with punch it was nasty. I asked the cashier what time they closed. She said well we are about to close because we only have one bag of supremes left. I asked again and still didn’t get a closing time. In my humble opinion. If you’re a restaurant you should have enough food to last until you close. Periods. Hard stop. That’s an inventory problem. I don’t think Tuesday is a crowded day. So why are they out if so many items?

Horrible service! I am giving them a 1 star rating because my boyfriend and I visited here 04/23/22 and we missed an entire wedding ceremony due to our experience here. I was so livid. We ordered two grilled chicken sandwich meals and what they told us would take 7 mins turned into 30 minutes…. After 10 minutes my boyfriend went inside to see what was going on and they hadn’t even started the grill. After 20 minutes no one offered our money back. We had to ask for our money back and still didn’t get our full meals. I cannot believe we missed our family’s wedding because of something like this. Not to mention they were fully staffed, they had more than enough workers. So unacceptable.
The food was horrible. These were supposed to be supremes and they looked like nuggets and broken strips... They were hard and simply un-edible... I can't understand for the life of me why would you serve something that you wouldn't eat...or maybe people in that store have low food standards. 21.00 wasted... never again...
Worst service I’ve had at a bojangles. Manager was very rude and another employee as well. Rolled their eyes, made extremely rude comments and refused to give me boxes for my biscuits. Lady at register had a manager tag, sad. I come in weekly and order 40 biscuits at a time with a well in advance notice. Take your business to another location, I will be.
Service was terrible and food taste was some of the worst I have ever had at any Bojangles. Not sure how I managed to get what tasted like old food so early in the morning. If you come here be ready to repeat yourself 12 times for them to get the order and still not even get the order right.
Having a bad day today bojangles Carowinds blvd. 8am. Was threatened by the huge fat cook who sweats profusely over biscuits he's making then gets mad for pointing me it out. After patiently walting 10 minutes they hand me biscuit that sat fir 10 mins.
Wings were size of pigeon wings. French fries were ice cold and barely done although they were ordered well done. Ordered breast dinner with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Received a thigh, mashed potatoes and salty green beans. Discovered this after driving home for dinner. If I thought anyone really cared I'd have drove back for corrections.The worst experience in a while. There ARE other chicken places...
Stopped by today around 3:30p and sat at speaker in drive thru for almost 10mins and no one said anything. Thought the intercom was not working so we pulled around like the car in front of us did. I called the store since there was 2 cars ahead of me and the person I had spoken with said he was the manager and the speaker is working but there's only 3 people on shift so no one could answer. I'm okay with that, but at least tell the customer that you'll be with them in a moment.
Were out of some of the side dishes but what they had was good
