Long wait to place order. Didn't tell me what window to pull up to & 1st window was blacked out so I couldn't see inside. They told me to pull up & it would be 3 minute wait. Waited over 8 minutes. Chicken was good size but almost couldn't eat it mixture it was cooked in.
Not very many people are aware of this, but this store is known at corporate as a Champions Store. Only the best and brightest trainees are allowed to work here. The other store is the store in Starmount. It is definitely staffed by the A-Team of Bojangles employees. The food is always hot fresh and tasty and you can tell how much pride they take in their product. I refuse to even consider using coupons at the store because I think it might be perceived as insulting by this group of exceptional, hard-working, and professional folks!
The service was terrible, was waiting for my order but all the staff were at the drive thru window on their phones and when I tried to get their attention they gave me way too much attitude than was necessary. They weren't even paying enough attention that when someone came through the drive thru, they drove off for waiting too long.
HORRIBLE! They left out half the order and when I went inside to complain they locked the doors right after I left so nobody could come into the lobby. And they still didn't get me a straw. Luckily they accidentally left one of the doors open and I went in to get the straw. Then the lady came after me and locked that door. Absolutely horrible location and experience.
Typical Bojangles very slow, although a long wait fries were cold and hard. I asked for bbq sauce didn't tell me they didn't have any until she was about to hand me the food they must have been out of ketchup also as they didn't give me any of that either. Fountain drinks were flat. They are way over priced for the quality of their food.
1 hour wait for fried chicken? Did they have to go the local farm to slaughter the chicken? Left and went to KFC.
Was early so it went fast order was right and customer service was outstanding.
Terrible service. They may be short staffed but saw 3 employees through the drive through window just standing around while the one person prepared and rushed to get the orders out. The attendant developed an attitude when I asked for extra honey mustard sauce. Told her I didn't mind being charged for the Xtra one. When I received my order and checked and no honey mustard sauce, only a bbq sauce. Waited around until ahe came to the window again and told her I was missing my 3 honey mustard sauce. She developed an attitude again simply because I reiterated what my order was. If you don't have the patience to deal with the public or people in general find yourself a profession where you'll be locked in a closet.
Staff very friendly. New crunchy chicken sandwich not my favorite. Dry!
