Food is always good. No complaints there. The reason for 3 stars is because of the young black guy that was working drive through window at 7:45pm on July 18,2022. He is very rude and disrespectful. Had one previous experience with him at window and thought he's having a bad day, it can slide, but come to find out he's rude and disrespectful all the time. Not the friendly Bojangles customer service. Non friendly drive through workers will put you out of business.
Hate to have to give this place one star because the food is actually ok . The problem with this place is one day the dining room is open the next day it isn’t and don’t even think about sitting in their extra slow drive thru not to mention some people like me don’t eat in my car . Wouldn’t have even left this review if it was a one time thing but this has happened to me 4 times I. The past month at this Bojangles only ! Evidently the owner had no clue how to run a business ?♀️
Christy is amazing. I will not be coming unless she is there. She makes sure my order is how I like it. We like our food dropped fresh. The cook Chris in the kitchen huffs and complains as well as other cooks when we ask for our food dropped fresh. The lady on the other side making the food had to tell Chris just drop the food hush they want it fresh. It's your job. Guests should not hear you all the way from the kitchen. It's unprofessional. But if it wasn't for her I would not be returning.
Place looks abandoned. Grass in front (weeds) hasn’t been cut in months. Really an eyesore to the town of Fort Mill

The last 2xs I have been going here my drive through orders are always incorrect. We wait almost 6mins at the pay window then drive home to disappointment. Please hire people that are competent and take pride in servicing their paying customers. This is disappointing.
