I absolutely LOVE eating at BIG WOK. I work about 1 minute from the restaurant and I make that stop at least 4 - 6 times a month. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! I cannot think of a time that I had any problem with my order/food. THANK YOU JOHN for your world class customer service.
Food is excellent..customer service not excellent. I waited 35 minutes for a 10 minute order. I ordered my little combo and then sat down at the table in front of the register. Took everybody else’s order came through the door I watched him take all their orders bring the food out and watch them eat their food and leave. Some of the other people eating felt sorry for me asking me wow did they go all the way to China to get your food? He finally came up to me and asking what did I order. I told him and he went back and made it. He then brought me my food, I ask well can I have a free drink for waiting all this time he said no sorry we are just busy today and then walked away.
Ordered hibatchi and Singapore noodles. Crab Rangoon and dumplings.Hibatchi steak was supposed to be medium rare but it was so over cooked that it was tough and some pieces I couldn’t even chew to swallow. Singapore noodles with shrimp were ok but the shrimp were tiny. Tiny tiny. Zero flavor. The crab Rangoon were the worst I’ve ever had. It was just a very very bad meal that I paid $6 for…. The quality is terrible.
The wings tasted like they were cooked in old burnt grease. The lo mein was nasty. Not worth $30. Maybe I'll give them a chance in 6 months
The chicken and broccoli was really good as well as the steamed shrimp dumplings also delicious!! The Bang Bang shrimp was not so good it was very mayonnaise-y and the breading was very thick with small shrimp inside all i could really taste was bread & Mayo. I also ordered 2 spring rolls and 1 beef roll. The spring rolls were delicious, I was missing the beef spring roll so idk how that one tasted. ??♀️ Overall the food was good and it was quickly delivered.
The owner of Big Wok goes out of his way to make sure your food is hot and the right enough of spice to suit your desires. We have never had a bad meal there. Love their food!
Overall, great food. I've not had any problems with the quality of food, customer service, or overall experience. They are a definite go-to Chinese restaurant for me. The employees are nice, friendly, and thorough!
They were the only place willing to be open on Christmas eve, the food was also great.

I love this restaurant, always typically good… food was steaming hot but the Chicken chow fun was chopped up into tiny pieces and noodles were very mushy and… bang bang shrimp was not cooks all the way…. Love y’all but this was not hittin today lol
