Long wait line for drive thru thinking it’s because the food is good is actually because there is one person barely working and the other are hanging out having a good time. Chicken was dry, fries were old and cold barely any sauce on a sandwich plainly sad looking. Wasted $30 dollars on this place only to throw the food away. Not a single one of the workers acknowledge us as costumers with a polite greeting. The person that took our other over the intercom sounded bothered we where there to order food. Look elsewhere for decent quality food that won’t leave you hungry.
Food was mediocre at best. I got a Cajun Club which was okay but my co-workers hot wings and things. Chicken fingers were dark brown from reusing old grease in the fryer, and my cajun club was barely half the size of my bun. Food was blah, but the service was fast at least.
I’ve never been to such a horrible Zaxby’s as this one. Sat at the drive thru waiting to be greeted for about 5 mins at 1:05pm 3/14/22. Once lady came on she was not nice. Ordered Cobb Zalad and Zax Snack. I asked for no bacon and my order had bacon. The drink we order at every Zaxby’s was all of sudden not at this one. I wouldn’t give the time of day to come back to this facility and know the only reason they are in service ie because it’s close to the interstate. I’m so disappointed in this visit. Do better, Zaxby’s!!
Don’t stop here. Only people in the store when we ordered and it took 20 minutes to get our food. When we did get it, the order was wrong which was not surprising because there was a lot of trouble even figuring out how to put our order in. The trash was overflowing and the bathroom was a disaster. Employees just looking at their phones. It’s really pitiful - do not go.
They recieved 4 stars,, because customer service was lacking a little bit... forgetting my napkins and sauce.
Must be short staffed, although not extremely busy. A few clean tables(no one cleaned tables the whole time we were there, just one sitting down after the other), bathrooms ridiculously unsanitary. If I had sit on the toilet, would have had a used sanitary napkin in my face...yuck..( why is it mounted beside your head). No lids for drinks at first and toast a little burned, but other than that good slaw, chicken, and fries...
If I could I’d give this place every star that’s out in the sky…There chicken was unbelievable.They were so busy they nicely asked I sit out on the side and I waited like five minutes for my kickin chicken and boneless wings and they gave me FRIES for waiting maybe like five minutes?!?! Bruh. The chicken made time STOP. It was so good. The lobby is closed but they let me in to use the bathroom and I think I just didn’t wanna leave
Am I the only one who has figured out that if you use their app you can get in and out a lot faster than their drive through that doesn't move. The experience here was a little bizarre but we got our food and we were able to get back on our way
Place was busy, but that's because the food is real good. We asked for an unsweetened tea, and ended up with sweet tea. Didn't want to fuss with getting it corrected, as the food was hot. Lower score due to cleanliness and housekeeping issues.
I just went through the drive through of this place at 7:39 pm on 12/10/21 and we ordered a salad. They asked THREE TIMES what dressing we wanted for a salad and they gave us KETCHUP! Ketchup for a freaking salad. Then my boyfriend went into the lobby as they said "the lobby is closed sir". How else are we supposed to get the DRESSING THAT GOES FOR A SALAD??? I have never met people so dumb in my life.
