I love to eat at Zaxby's whenever I travel from Baltimore to Florence to visit my daughter. Tonight wasn't the Zaxby's that I know. I arrived to the restaurant at 8:30. When I ordered my food, I told the cashier FOUR TIMES that the order was for dine in, because as she was typing the order in, it still showed "to go", on the register's screen. When I was called to the counter for my order, it was boxed up, and put in a bag for to go. I asked for honey mustard, they were out of honey mustard. I asked for my wings, and fingers to be cooked extra crispy, they weren't cooked crispy at all. I asked for ketchup, they were out of ketchup as well. I asked for napkins, they stated that they were out of napkins. So I walked back to my seat, and the manager immediately walked over, and handed me some napkins. So, I guess being out of them was initially a lie. A brief moment later, as we're eating, the young lady, whom took our order, walks over to the table, and says: "Excuse me! I'm sorry to interrupt y'all, but we close at 9, but if y'all are not done eating, I'll wait. First, and foremost, unless she was blind, she clearly SAW that we were still eating. Secondly, you don't just kick customers out of the restaurant if they're already seated, and trying to enjoy the meal that they've paid for. That is HORRIBLE customer service. I can't even fathom how I would make my clients on my job feel if I just walked over, and rudely interrupted them, and kicked them out, because I was going to be there for an additional 10 minutes than what I expected. The irony of this is that the restaurant doesn't close TOTALLY until 10, therefore she wasn't leaving at 9:01. I will be contacting corporate to inform them of how things are being run at the behest of their monetary investment.
The food is always good still too over priced. The drive thru can never get my order right have to double check behind them. Food is so good. ?
Zaxbys Lucas Street location placed online order at 4:07 pm was supposed to be ready at 4:27 pm. Got there at 4:30pm was told food wasn't ready. Got the food at 4:55pm. Food was ice cold. The management told us it was our fault because we got there 30 minutes late picking it up. The management is no help
Went in to dining area to order was told dining area was closed yet an employee ordered and sat down to stuff his face! Then why was he able to order food? Stupid people!!!
This Zaxby's is bad. They didn't give me my sauce I requested for and one of my cookies. Overall their straight down bad...
Their customer service SUCKS. They are rude and have attitudes with everyone. I placed an online order and they gave me the wrong size drinks so stood in line for 10 minutes and when I walked up she just looked at me and I informed her she gave me the wrong size drinks, she huffed and puffed and slung the drinks in the trash and sat the new cups down and I said “thank you” and her response was “mm hmm” I understand they are busy and short staff but you should treat your customers better.
Walk over to Zaxbys finding out the Dinning room close. Posting say 10.00 on Google. Waste of time
Would love it if they would open the doors for you to go in and place a takeout order rather than sitting in line for 30 minutes. Yes I could go online but I use CASH and that's not an option online.The guy who took our order was great, very friendly and generous. Food tastes like Zaxby's! Open the doors and get 5*!

Got a signature sandwich. No sauce.. burnt and cold bread.It was terrible taste. Never ate such bad tasting sandwich in a Zaxby before. This place is terrible. May be it was bit late that's why? 9:20 pm
