Food was hot and tasty but the order was not correct or what I paid for.
Restaurants of today are seeing the quality of products diminished and the standard service is atrocious.
I was going thru a very difficult time during a meeting at this store today 1/12/22 from 4to 5 when i approached the young woman cashier to purchase some cookies I began crying this kind lady said It will be all right with a sweet smile and handed me a drink cup to help me calm down. Wonderful customer service I wish i had seen her name thru my tears. Thank you.
The food is good. The lines are usually long so download the app and order ahead
I don't know who took our order but he was very sweet. He brought our order out to our table and was very helpful. He knows what customer service is all about. Great job!

Zero stars... BTW online orders after 8pm are not accepted but there's no notification of that when you're ordering. Soooo....I stopped to pick up my order and NO they didn't have it. They DID however take my money. It will post at 8am. They need to fix that.
Would have enjoyed my meal if the nasty man with no home training would have went to restroom to blow his nose and outside to cough (didn't even try to cover his cough) and steady clearing the mucus from his throat. Very nasty ?
Absolutely love Zaxby's. They are friendly, quick, & my salads are Fresh & Delicious every time.
Food is always good but the last time I was there it seemed like the employee was annoyed that he had to actually work and take my order even after I waited patiently
