They forgot my order along with 3 other peoples.
Store was dirty. It took 45 mins to order and recieve our food. And employees walked past us smelling like weed.
Food was good, customer service was great. He noticed the soda machine was off as he was getting my rootbeer. We taste tested until we got the right stuff!
Stopped here while getting gas at the attached station.They literally stopped taking orders for around 15 minutes while doing "shift change". What kind of fast food company does this? Several people waiting around watching them restock cups and not taking orders. Then! When they finally started working again they got the order all wrong.Unbelievable.
So I just want to put this out there. I walk in and great guy, Gavin 5 STARS TO HIM, takes my order. I ask Gavin, my husband handicapped and really wants honey chicken, could I get that meal with no bread and chicken cut up. He says sure no problem. The (women manager with glasses, didn't get name butts in). Oh Mr. B won't do that, but I can get you a knife. Oh by the way my right arm in a cast( I would have done it myself if not..duh) Now granted I was only 1 in line and 1 at drive thru. I told her to stay out of it and let Gavin wait on me. I told manger( use that term loosely), so your discrimating against handicap. Her tone changed drastically.If these guys had been busy I would have never asked but you guys need to discipline that "manger" and let a real people person take over.
The manager runs a very tight ship but I must say that the service wise handled very nicely by a young man call chakkar order and the manager keeps a very clean restaurant and make sure her employees and team members are working at their Highest Potential. This is based on what I've observed and what I heard wow waiting for my order
This place is one of the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. It took about 30 minutes to get a Dave's Double. The employees just stood around talking and laughing, what got me though is one of the employees went to the restroom while I was in there and he didn't wash his hands. Now that is straight nasty needless to say I didn't even end up eating that 11 dollar meal it got thrown in the trash. Take pride in your work people no matter what it is you do.
This place was the worst food establishment I have been to. The lady who took my order mumbled a few words and messed up every single meal. 3 of the 4 drinks were wrong, no sauces at all, and 2 of the orders of food were completely wrong. I'd give it zero stars if possible.
Very nice staff under the busy conditions. Staff held it together pretty good. Held my 6 year old sons blanket till the next day.
Fries we’re burnt. Smelled like they were cooked on old grease. Nugget also were bad ! This place is going down hill fast!
