Tried to give this Wendy’s a second chance nope I was wrong again they just need to get rid of this place the workers here are slack and rude. The old lady running the drive through is just mean and nasty. Super slow and shoving the food at you when you get to the window. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere please save you the headache!
They took too long, messed up our order three times, and some of their team members can take a lesson in customer service. The older lady was very courteous and made sure our order was correct. However, when I ate the food, it was very greasy. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Wendy's.
Worker seemed to be bothered by the fact they needed to stop talking to take my order. I ordered a burger combo with no bun. Only received a burger with a bun. Ordered an extra drink and they never added it to the order. I got what i paid for but they didnt take the order i gave. Then when it was time to get the order they were too busy playing, joking, and cussing at eachother to pay attention to the window. 4 employees standing around or sitting on the counters/work stations. Oh, and no straws for the drinks i did get.
Nasty raw burgers. Hateful rude racist employees. Now I remember why I don’t go there
OMG I will not return to this Wendy's restaurant! The employees were loud and screaming acting crazy! The manager should be ashamed to allow this type of activity take place! The food was awful and employees like to hangout outside the restaurant.
Visited this Wendy's when the new fries were introduced. 1st try was good. The last 4 times the fries were hot but not crispy. I could hold a long fry at the end and it would bend in the middle. Not crispy. I don't know iif they are too much of a hurry to get fries out the door or not paying attention to fry time. If you advertise crispy fries they should be crispy. The sandwiches are always good. I work close by and eat regularly for lunch. The fries have been a letdown..
The Supervisor, named Felicia was awesome. She made a wrong order an easy resolution. She was totally professional, kind, and respected my anger while maintaining a positive attitude and courteous disposition that eased away my frustration. Only problem is I can't always go to this Wendy's!
Every visit here they don't have a item or two. Need to better inventory who runs out if fries and chocolate frosty??? Never friendly at the drive thur.
Love to get a baked potato & cover it with chili.
Customer service is a joke. Don't tell the customer ever that the drink I ordered was a pain to make. Forgot the toys in all 3 kids meals. Waited a long time for my mobile order carryout. Drive thru may of been faster. I asked for a straw and received a stern ma'am and a face nod to the straws across the restaurant. When I came back for the toys they looked at me like I was nuts and didn't apologize. Don't bother going here.
