Unfortunately we all stopped here,It’s just I’ve never seen really bad service in my life, I mean this is the worst waffles.Before you stop here please think about it twice.I’m serious.????????
We were on a road trip and stopped by this location where the whole morning crew was AMAZING!! KK greeted us and she was super friendly. We felt very welcomed! YO YO was our server and she was very professional & super kind!! I mean the food tasted the best!! Seriously the best Waffle House we’ve visited. It’s May 2nd today. The whole morning crew between 7-8am was exceptional! Thank you guys for making our visit special:)
Very poor service and the food was nasty…Courtney was our sever and she was nice at all…she left food off our order than she bought half done grits and sausage to the table …overall experience was very in pleasant….will NOT be eating there again

My family and I went to the Waffle House on W. Lucas St. in Florence, SC tonight for dinner and then me say that the service was phenomenal. Pebbles and Jo Jo were very kind and amazing. They work extremely well together. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and even with our screaming toddlers, they were very patient and courteous. To Pebbles and Jo Jo, you two were amazing ? keep up the amazing work you two do.
Was not busy n food was kinda slow. I don't get the hype with Waffle House. Sorry I'll pass. We ate in and was not served as fast as the ones who came in to order on the go.
Friendly servers and good food at an affordable price. Appreciate the fact that Waffle House has continued to stay open 24 hours during the pandemic. Place across the street doesn't open until 7AM, so Waffle house was quite busy at 6AM on Saturday morning.
Look I know it's waffle house and the expectations are low. But this one couldn't even get my order right, I got my order to go late at night and I was too tired to go back to get it fixedThe staff friendly. She wrote the right order, but I didn't get my hash browns that I asked for, the grits had this really strange grayish tint to them, it also felt like it had turned to rubber so I didn't eat it. I don't know maybe it was left over from 3 days ago. Eggs, waffle, and toast were fine. Still a little disappointing that I couldn't eat half my food.
