The food was delicious as always, the young lady who took my order over the intercom was extremely pleasant despite it being extremely busy and the guy who brought my food out was nice also.
Really good take out. Hamburger steak was excellent. Service was excellent with very polite staff. The banana pudding reminded me of grandma's (folks that don't happen often). I would recommend this place to anyone.
Would love to give this place a 5 for the food, and past customer service, but today I had the worse experience ever with one of the servers there. I waited an hr for my food, cause she wouldn't call the order number. She said it needed a name. I've been going here for a while now, and if you order in the restaurant you get an order number that will be called. First off, she looked me in my eyes when her coworker took my order, and watched me the whole time while I was waiting. She obviously has a nasty attitude, and made me wait on purpose. "FIRST TIME I DIDN'T FEEL WELCOMED IN A RESTAURANT IN MY HOME TOWN"!My mom is rolling over im her grave after I threw all my food in the trash! Didn't taste the same with all that negative energy! Got my food somewhere else afterwards!
So I will say. I normally have to add extra steak on my steak sandwhich for it to be an ok size sandwhich BUT today EVERYTHING was PERFECT !!! the sandwhich, fries and tea !!!! They will not disappoint even on their not so great days BUT on their GREAT days, it gets no better !!!!
Quick pick up Dinner from last night. Definitely was unhappy with the quality of this meal. The lettuce & pickle under the hot meat was a no for me!! It was a wet soggy mess. ??
