Food was good and order was correct but shawty at the cash register didn’t say a single word before during or after ordering.
My favorite taco bell. Service is always fast and courteous employees. I've never had my order wrong.
The service here is great. Come here everyday almost for lunch. Food always come out hot and ready lol. The drivethough never take more than 3 minutes or 30 seconds lol guess i have perfect timing lol. Friendly staff that always have a welcoming attitude no matter what demeanor you're in. Enjoy.
I understand being under staffed but at a certain point you shouldnt open the place, 3 people working, order took forever, my friends order was wrong, they should've closed down if they can't handle the customers. I feel sorry for the employees but service was not up to standards
Order was completely wrong even after I repeated it 3 times. No sauce and when I order just meat and cheese on my Taco it is what I want WITHOUT lettuce cause kids won't eat it. Got all the way home 30 min away to find out I just wasted my money.
Depending on what time you go you can have a good experience or a bad one if you get the wrong crew they're lazy they won't come take your order and you have to use the self check out. And don't even try to upsize to a extra meat because they will not do it even if you pay for it I got two tacos I had my wife's tacos have extra meat we compared the two and they were identical don't bother complaining because they'll just throw their hands up and walk away but then other times you get the good crew and they go out their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience so for me to give this Taco Bell a one-star due to the fact that one crew is slack and doesn't know how to do their job would be wrong since everyone else does their job well and when you go you get exactly what you pay for so my opinion if sometimes is good sometimes it's not
I ordered takeout for my family and I. I verified the everything was in the bags and drove home. One the Nacho Bell Grande that my daughter ordered, there was only enough topping to cover 5 chips. Every taco in the bag was smashed, soggy, and it was practically just a shell with a few pieces of cheese and meat. We ordered 2 cinnamon twist and there were only 3 twist per bag. This location in completely unprofessional and could careless. Workers seemed not trained nor do they have a good work ethic. I strongly recommend anywhere else besides here. You couldn't pay me to visit another Taco Bell in my life.

Best Taco Bell in Florence. They mess orders up from time to time but they correct them with no problem. Very friendly staff. I like the ladies that work the drive through window. They always smile and chat it up with me. I have special orders due to medical issues and the a la carte menu helps with that a lot.
