I would give negative stars if I could. They messed up my whole order. I said no onions and they still gave me on onions twice. I said add black beans and with the other beans, but they replaced the regular beans with black beans. They forgot to give some of the things I ordered. Also one of the workers looked really high as if he just smoked a joint or something.
Dirty just like the pilot Dirty. The whole state is Dirty. No one cares they are lazy and rude
Went through the drive through. No one came on to take my order. Pulled to the window to see the woman on her phone with head set off. I sat there. The woman finally got off her phone partially to put her head set on and proceed to take the order of the car now at the speaker. The manager came to the window and as I was explaining what happened the woman stopped taking the order off the next person and proceeded to try and argue with me. The manager walked away and she slammed the window.
I dont know who waited on the rest of you reviewers but i had and usually have a great experience. Ive been coming here for a few years since i moved to Florence. The big white guy was always super nice an very attentive to me and then one day he was gone. I came here a few nights ago and he was back. He has the best customer service ive ever encountered. He was with a young man who appeared to be new. He was still very attentive to all the guests as well as helping guide the said young man. Ive never caught his name but kudos to him. Im glad to see you back and hopefully some of his manners will rub off on some of the others who ive had to deal with.
Order. Was 3 chicken Supreme tacos and a chicken burrito. NO CHICKEN IN NONE OF THEM. $ 12.00. TACOS. $ 5.48 FOR A BURRITO. what a waste.
Just passed by here asked for breakfast burrito, and a crunchwrap, and noo sauce. This guy put jalapeno sauce. Are you kidding me. Listen i get it he's there alone, but come on so was i. Simple order i almost feel like he did it on purpose. Ooh and barely any egg.
Taco Bell one of my favorites. They have the best food and pepsi.
Close this store down and hire more better people. The people that work there are nasty attitude and act like they just bother by society !! But I came in there at 10 pm. The girl was like the grill and fry is close. And walk away. Not even suggesting anything on the menu. Hair was everywhere and the place was even busy.
Services were great I didn't get my servers name but she was amazing and Mrs. Renee was a great Manager as well!!
Was waiting in line over ten minutes. All 3 workers made eye contact with me, as well as the 4 others waiting in line behind. Not one said "we will be with you monetarily" or anything along the lines. One worker had attitude when calling peoples names to pick up there order, and bickering with coworkers. It would be one thing if they were hustling to get moving, but every one of them was moving slower than a toddler when told to pick up their toys. Ended up not ordering after seeing multiple flies on the prep counters, in front of workers. They didn't even try swatting them away.
