This place sucked!! Walked in and the girl working didn’t look or say anything to us. Then we walk all the way the the back to find no cups. I ask her where the cups are and she points by the counter. YOU COULD OF TOLD US THAT BEFORE WE WALKED TO THE BACK! they didn’t even have much to choose from but 6 flavors. Only thing the girl said to us was how much it was. I’ll never go back here!!

Really has gone downhill they only had 4 flavor options. Cashier was nice enough

I really liked this place but I have a few issues, starting with broken machines that don’t freeze their product. Next being that the employees don’t speak to you in the store, literally the only thing the employees ever say is your total. And lastly, they are not open for theirs posted hours. It’s a real bummer to drive 30 minutes just to have the employees run to the back and hide when you pull up to a locked door an hour before they say they close.Luckily Freddy’s was open and honestly a good bit cheaper than what I would have gotten at sweet frog.
This place didn't even have chocolate yogurt ! How is that even possible. Employee was stuck on her phone instead of giving great customer service to the people in her place of business. I would say I'm mad but I'm more disappointed because my daughter actually enjoys and looks forward to going here...Shame on you sweet frog :(

Expensive, but my kid likes it. Staff is pretty friendly..
Yogurt was melty, not how frozen yogurt should be. Pumpkin flavor is veryyy strong. I believe they also raised prices FYI.
