I found a cockroach in my to go bag!!! I couldn’t even eat the food I ordered. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to each cockroaches
This is by far the best SubWay in Florence.I have ordered from here at least three times a month for around two years. I have never been disappointed and have used the online order and face to face.The staff are always polite, patient, and is crazy speedy. Great team work!You cant expect perfection everytime but I honestly know that if I order from them it will be perfected, fresh, and precise. Great job guys!
they had a line out the door and it was still pretty quick the 4 people in there were doing a great job!
Radio needs to be turned down. So loud they couldn't hear my order. Excellent sandwich. Fresh bread and ingredients.

I hadn't had a tuna sub in quite a while and it hit the spot! This is the best Subway in Florence! Staff is nice, line moves quickly and food is great.
The only reason they get one star is because there are no zero stars. Ordering online for convenience was a waste of time. The staff just left me standing there to wait, and wait, and wait. I finally had to get in the long line to ask them to give me my order. They will get NO MORE of my business. They even jacked up the price! Shameful!
