Too bad customer services from Heater, She drop the nife in the floor and use to cut my sandwich
The worst subway in Florence SC... Very unpleasant unprofessional and bread hard smh...I would never trust this location only recommend subway on 76. Thank me later! And someone needs to fire the old man no offense to the elders but he is very disrespectful and has no customer service skills.

Most Subways are using coupon scanners, so I didn’t bother to cut the coupon out. I was scolded and told he didn’t have time to cut out coupons, though there were no other customers in the store. He said if I want to shop there, I have to follow his rules. I think it was the owner. I gave him an extra star because I am guessing he can’t get needed help and was in a bad mood because of having to work the counter.
I love subway but this location sucks. The older man is so rude. He just told me ma’am were closed while making 2 people sandwiches. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with him. Subway do better. It’s not even 3 in the afternoon. What in the world?!
This place is overall okay, although they're drive thru is pretty unreliable. You usually have to go inside, and you may have a long wait time sometimes, but that doesn't bother me, I'm a patient guy, and they have to do their job right. What did bother me was my experience today.I went into this place today and the door was locked, but I still saw people inside ordering, so I just went I side through the store. The worker who was behind the counter, who I'm not gonna name, shook his head in annoyance as soon as he saw me. If they're closed/closing at that point in time, then they need to put a sign or other separator in the side entrance to tell people as such, not just have an open space for people to walk in. When I did order, the worker rudely interrupted me while I was ordering, and overall just had a really standoffish attitude. He seemed to be the only worker behind the line, so perhaps he was just frustrated, and having worked fast food in the past, I can empathize with that. Still, it didn't make for a nice experience.The food here is fine. I think the place just needs to work on communicating better with the customers, like when the store is closing/closed, or when the drive through is not available. I hope this feedback can help they assess some issues with this place and make it better.
Absolutely terrible service. Past few times been in and has taken over 30 minutes to get food also have been a few times during the day and everything would be locked up. Today 8-1-2021 at 3:30 PM front door locked people inside still so I walk through the store entrance and the people in subway stated they are closed! I mean really??
Terrible place to go.... went with my two children one time and the man was standing directly outside in his uniform and proceeded to tell me how we couldnt eat because there was no one to work and make our food.... if it's that bad shut it down....
