Had to bring the food back because both sandwiches and the cookies where incorrect. Not to mention the lady asked for a tip prior to giving me my original order. When I brought the food back I asked for a refund and the lady informed me that she couldn't do refunds because her manager was not in 7:30 pm Sunday. Idk what's wrong with things on Irby street lately. Best bet is to make your own food at home.
Unprofessional. Employees laugh and snicker at you while you try to order. I almost walked out. Will not return because of it. They did not listen to half of what I said and I had to repeat it because they were laughing and eyeballing each other. Very rude.

Night before I arrived before they closed and I was never acknowledged at the drive through. But when I pulled to the window I saw the staff had already cleaned up everything. I get it, you guys wanted to go home trust me I understand. Just wish you guys had told me instead of let me just sit there.Tried again a few days later, the sandwich and meatballs were cold (no didn't get toasted but the cheese should have still melted)
Great service! Great sandwich! I don't usually get a drink but tried the ice tea today. Instant - not for me! I'll stick with the sandwiches!
Worst subway I've ever been to. Terrible service. Employees rude, didn't even ask what you want on your sub. They just stood there looking at you. I've gone here multiple times trying to give them the benefit if the doubt and its terrible every time.
I just ordered 2 ham and cheese foot long just mayo oil and vinegar. They got it wrong and I return them to be made completely over. Why did the manager give me a haed time bc her works messed up the order. Why blame the customer? Next time I will just go next door to palmetto sub. Worst customer service ever.
